When you are selected through your CAT you need to pass through the GD and PI round. The topic of GD is related to current affairs and we were given 20 minutes. The PI round was for about 15 minutes and general questions were asked about my academics, my experience etc. I gave some mock interviews which helped me a lot for these rounds.

Our college is in a hilly area, so it is quite challenging to invite professionals to campus than also our university conducts campus placements and companies like MNCs, Banking industries, etc., take part in it. The average package of our batch is INR 4 LAP and the highest package is INR 12 LAP.

I decided to opt for Doon University to be part of a prestigious university. Since it was recognized by UGC and NAAC and had good reputation for offering management courses, it seemed to be the most attractive option for me. During the admissions, my performance in my bachelors as well as my CAT score was evaluated. The staffs at the admissions cell were helpful throughout the procedure.

the course is acknowledging in itself and the faculty was very helpful. the total number of faculty in the department was 17 and the number of students was 166. All faculty members were double MBA and had very practical teaching techniques the term exam used to happen in an interval of 40 days.

Doon university is reputed institution since it was established in 2005.I preferred this institution over others for my graduation because my sister is alumni of this university and through her I already unlocked all the facilities this university give to their students.I was eligible for the course I applied for, eligibility criteria for BA hons is 10+2 with 50% aggregate for general category and for SC/ST/OBC it is 45% aggregate. For BA(hons) there are 25 seats available and if you cracked the merit list you are eligible to pursue the course you applied for. Merit list of candidates is displayed on the notice-boards and the university's website. I checked mine on university website. Intimation is also sent to the candidates called for admission. The selected students are required to get their admission completed by the dates given in the prospectus. If a candidate fails to complete the admission formalities by the prescribed dates, they will not be admitted in their course. All the information during the admission process has to be filled correctly otherwise admission can get cancelled at the time. All students are required to submit their transfer certificate/migration certificate in original at the time of admission. After submitting all these documents correctly your admission process is completed. Overall the admission process was smooth and satisfying.

Students become eligible in the 4th year of matters degree only. Mostly Indian companies come here like treats, Infosys, etc. But sometimes we also have Microsoft and other big companies. The highest package anyone has got was of about Rs.10,00,000 in 2017. The average package which people get is almost Rs.5,00,000. I plan to get a PhD. In statistical maths after completing masters.

Doon University isn't just a school; it's a place where you can achieve your dreams. This was the reason why I choose this college, to fulfill my dreams. The institution has a team of dedicated, experienced, and qualified professors who provide lectures to the students. Various guest lectures for students are also organised, when industry experts or experts visit to inform students about what is going on in the industry and economy. This all reasons made me choose this college for my studies ahead.

The university is graded 'B++' by NAAC and the placement ranges from 50% to 60%. The eligibility criteria for getting admission here for MBA is to get 50% in graduation along with which appearance in CAT or MAT and getting a valid marks is must. Selection process will entirely depend upon on the score in MAT or CAT which will be followed up by a group discussion round and a personal interview round. The main and final admission depends on the score of the overall process.

I was good at Mathematics and that's why I decided for higher studies in Mathematics and after my Bachelor's degree, I chose a Master's in Mathematics. The faculty-student ratio in this course is 18 :1. This course doesn't have many permanent Faculties but they are highly qualified and have excellent knowledge of their subjects. Administration heirs guest Faculties also. The teaching methods of Faculties here are great they will take you to clear your concepts very easily. Each semester have two exams mid sem and end sem along with assignments and class tests Exams here are not much difficult to pass you can get good marks easily by regularly attending classes.

Doon Business School, Dehradun is ranked 27 as per India Today's recent ranking this factor caught my attention while I was searching for good B.B.A colleges. I visited the official website of the college and click on the Admission tab. Then I filled the application form and created a log-in password. After logging-in, I filled all the required details and paid the application fee of 1,000 through credit card. I was also asked to submit my 12th marksheet scoring 75%. After getting a call from the college, I was selected on the basis of group discussion and personal interview.
