UPES B.Tech Fees
The total program fee for B.Tech Applied Petroleum Engineering at UPES for AY 2026-27 is approximately Rs. 21.31 lakh over 4 years (8 semesters), excluding hostel charges. The fee is structured as Tuition Fee and Academic Service Fee per semester, with additional one-time charges such as Training and Certification Fee, Personality Development Course (PDC) Fee, Convocation Fee, Alumni Fee, Technology Fee, Medical Insurance, and I-Card Fee. The total Tuition and Academic Service Fee across all 8 semesters amounts to Rs. 20,40,000, with the remaining charges adding approximately Rs. 91,400.

Hostel Fees (Optional - Bidholi/Kandoli Campus):
- Triple sharing with common washroom: Rs. 1,83,000 per year (Boys and Girls)
- Double sharing with attached washroom: Rs. 2,32,000 per year (Girls only, Bidholi)
- Triple sharing with AC and attached washroom: Rs. 2,20,000 per year (Girls only, Kandoli)
- A refundable (interest-free) security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is payable at the time of registration and is not included in the total above.
- An additional refundable hostel security of Rs. 10,000 is applicable for students opting for hostel accommodation.
- Hostel is optional and not mandatory. Total fees including hostel (triple sharing) would be approximately Rs. 28,51,400 over 4 years.
- Fee payment schedule for AY 2026-27: Semester 1 at the time of admission; Semester 2 by January 2, 2027; Semester 3 by July 10, 2027; Semester 4 by January 2, 2028, and so on.
- EMI and education loan facilities are available through partner banks.
- Application form fee: Rs. 1,750 (non-refundable).
- Levies and taxes, if any, charged by Central/State authorities shall be borne by the student.
