Remarks

I choose because this college has its ranking under 3 in terme of petroleum college also and 28 in teems of world ranking I also get the core branch of lts college -Applied Petroleum with specialization in Gas

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is excellent and want the students to genuinely prosper, unlike many other universities where they don??t care. They have not only great theoretical knowledge but also possess industrial exposure making them great educators. They never refrain from going out of their way to help students with the curriculum.

Course Fees: INR 1350000 per year

Placement Experience

Computer Science Engineering aside, placements are good enough if you are comfortable with sales or IT jobs. But if you really want to work in your specialised domain (Civil, Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering), then you can't rely on this college.

Campus life is full of new and amazing adventures. Also UPES has its renowed Natinal events like UURJA and Ignite. These two events are compoed mpore than 200 event. There also technicsl as well as cuture events.The environ is good with cafeteria and all, and moreover yes i do agree there is a bit of uniform and discipline, but then who doesn't need it a good discipline is always better to manage and maintain the quality of the students, faculty and success of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. It would be helpful if they use visual content to teach it will be helpful. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect according to the level of the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

GREAT COLLEGE

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. UPES has the best facilities!
