2. After eligibility confirmation, obtain a Demand Draft of 900 from a nationalised bank in favour of Netaji Subhas Open University, payable at Kolkata.

3. Revisit the same study centre with the Demand Draft, required photocopies of documents, and one passport-size photograph.

4. Write the candidate’s name and mobile number on the back of the Demand Draft and submit it at the study centre.

5. Collect the “Application for Student Enrolment Form (Black & White)” from the study centre.

6. Fill in the enrolment form and submit it along with self-attested copies of required documents and the passport-size photograph.

7. Upon successful submission and verification, the enrolment certificate is generated by the university.
