This course total cost 30,000 rupees in divide 6 semester in 3 year, this course have lots of scholarship, financial assistance like swami vivekananda merit cum mins scholarship was the best scholarship in west bengal
The campus was beautiful and the professors were friendly and helpful.
Placement services are also good . around 60 percent student get placed

Dislikes

I really disliked how late our semester exam are held. this causes problem for 6th sem students as they can't apply for other places early.
The placement is really not good and many of the students hated internships and jobs for the medical representative designation.
The staff gets rude sometimes and are not helpful ( some of them)

I liked that studies are taken seriously and that no teacher deliberately misses any class. If somehow class is missed that provide us extra class.
I like how cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bathroom and inside the college building there is individual dustbins too. I liked that there is ac in most of the rooms and why not afterall they too receive a large sum of money
I liked the library but I wished it was more big and i expected it to be since the college has too much fame.

Dislikes

some people thinks so high of themselves here,it's become difficult to approach them one should behave more humble and there exist people who can make even simple things difficult don't know why but some teacher exists who're genuine and cares
I disliked the canteen but maybe most people like that,the reason is the canteen is very small for this much people and morever it's unnecessarily costly
Some students after entering college engages in relationships and even do stuffs which may ruin the college image. They shouldn't disclose everything in public but some people don't have shame.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose because I liked chemistry and morever I need a bachelor's degree that's why. Improvement is need for practicals as we do the practicals mostly by ourselves but sometimes they announce sudden CIA which makes thing difficult cause practical needs good amount of experience and time and we only get 1 day a week for practical.

The college provides ragging free campus
The college has a big canteen area with a lot varity of food/meal but only veg.
College has a huge library with end number of books

Dislikes

The college timing is not suitable for many students.

Placement Experience:

The college offers various number of placement opportunities in different companies with a decent package and sometimes depending on your capability of cracking the interview the company can offer a better package.

The college teachers were very helpful and they were too sweet too and helped us alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The relevance of course offered to me was amazing. They had specific teachers for specific topics of studies who excelled in their subjects.it had 3 year bcom program with semester exams after each half year

Goenka college is no doubt the best college , but the most shocking thing is the respect you get after becoming a Goenkan
Big companies come in goenka for placement, many of our seniors got placed from the college campus it self , avg package is 4 LPA and above
Teaching faculty is top notch in goenka , all the teachers are of highly qualified, many of them are state topers too

Dislikes

Campus is very small , there is no canteen , only a small outlet of Nescafe is there , common room is very small

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement in the last year which is 7th and 8 semester one can apply for internship or job from 7th and 8th semester. The highest package offered was of 11 lakh so far. And the average package is 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Like most of the Goenkans I am also thinking of pursuing CA as a profession but for now I am focusing on my BCom degree and after my BCom degree I will complete my MBA from a good reputed college.

The faculties are very good and supportive and helps everyone
Even after coming home you need something one can ask the CR to call the prof for something even online class facility was there is physical class is mot happening
The campus is good very environmental frndly even have solar panels even let the students organise different activities of our choice

Dislikes

Nothing I disliked the college is very good

Placement Experience:

Yes placement is offered by our college but not in campus as campus is not that big to offer campusing but the college faculty provides us different company brochure so that we can fill form from their directly and company will call us individually for interview in their office. Mahindra tech ICICI bank and many more came we also got various intership programs under those companies.

The faculty are top notched very professional
College provides various opportunities rather than education
College organise many events and the main event is UMANG which happens in every December. The boys and girls ratio is almost 55:45

Dislikes

No rule for attendance, the students mainly come for enjoyment here
College barely provides placement opportunities
Less disciplined, college should take some action

The faculty , course, teaching methods in the college is good. They will also conduct doubt sessions and the course structure matches to real world experiment and the time frequency of the exam is 3-4 months

St. Xavier's College (Inside out)

The faculty is experienced, you will meet teachers who are teaching since last 20-30 years
The extra curricular activities, societies and clubs are very good in the college
The environment of the college is very nice and supportive

Dislikes

It has very strict norms when it comes to attendance that is 75%
The subjects and contents, most of it is very old.
It is more like a school than a college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is ofcourse relevant with the current start but if you planning to do something like FRM or CFA be aware that the course focuses mainly on accounting that is relevant for CA and CS. Teaching method is very theoretical which is a negative point. The college is still developing and leading towards new courses and ways of teaching which will take some time but is a plus point.

SEE I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR YOU WILL NOT ABLE TO GET PLACEMENT FROM THE CAMPUS AS VERY FEW COMPANY VISIT FOR CAMPUSING ANS U WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO GET JOB AFTER YOUR GRADUATION SO FOR GETTING IT YOU WILL HAVE TO DEVELOP URSELF IN ANY OF THE CODING LANGUAGE BECAUSE THE 4 YEAR WILL JUST GIVE A BASIC OF EVERYTHING BUT WILL NOT MAKE YOU MASTER IN ONE LANGUAGE . 5 TO 10 PERCENT STUDENT GETS PLACEMENT IN THE COLLEGE.

The good course, the college is naac A, friendly seniors, many fests, a good alumuni

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bsc Industrial Fish and Fisheries is one of the best bsc courses right now, it is not like other bsc, it is a professional bsc course, there is a direct market related study, and there are various jobs also available. India being a major producer of fish have a lot of scope in the course, this course encourages entrapenorship as well

Likes

Our college library is vast and infrastructure is also good.
Our teachers help a lot to learn us. They are very friendly.
Our laboratory is very nice. We have computers and other essential things for practical.

Dislikes

Our college canteens are not very good. They are dirty.
Our college runs out in drinking water sometimes so it is bad.
Our college has no girls only boys. Sothe ratio cannot be decided.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very helpful for exam like NET , GATE, JAM, TIFR ,ISI etc. So I choose this course of mathematics. It is very useful. Our seniors got very good marks in exams like JAM.Our frequency and timing of exams along with our perspective is that we get enough time for preparation in exam. It is not very difficult.
