This college is very much old , it established in 2004 , here many cultural programs like freshers, fest , rabindra jayanti and some medical programs occurs which help you to relax also become knowledgeable.

As Stated earlier, the college environment is very very friendly with everyone ranging from students to profeesors always ready to help you. In addition our college got fundings to expand the infrastructure further. The only people is Bankura begin a town is a bit smaller city. But believe me you won't be bored anyway. There are a bunch of tourist places near and around the town.
NRS Medical College is the second oldest medical college in Kolkata, with us being the 144th batch of the college. The rich library, caring guiding teacher, world class infrastructure makes it one of the leading alma mater for producing doctor in the country.
The campus is really beautiful. It's huge. The people are really nice. I have not experienced anything traumatizing with respect to the college or my seniors. I love my college and I don't believe there any significant bad here.
Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management is offered by the institution. To get admission, the candidate should be a graduate with atleast 50 percent marks. Then they will have to give the entrance exam. The students will be selected on the basis exam score.
BDS graduation is mandatory for MDS course. It's a 3 years course. I wanted to continue for BDS so I thought I must go for same in masters. I will have good opportunities to work in this course by profession in the upcoming years.
The admission procedure was very simple.Since, this college is affiliated by the West Bengal University of Health Sciences, the admission form was available there. I filled it then gave the exam that was conducted by AIIH&PH. I passed and got the seat! The only catch is that there are limited number of seats available.
The college is affiliated by WBUHS so I had to give the West Bengal Post Graduate Applied Nutrition Admission Test Examination. With only 20 seats available, it was hard to get selected but I studied and got my admission letter!
The admission to this extraordinary course is only through an entrance examination conducted by the West Bengal University. It is known as the WBPGANAT examination which aims to evaluate especially your knowledge about nutrition. On the basis of the marks you achieve here, you will be granted admission as per cutoff.
The admission process was quite simple. After completing my MBBS from GMCH Chandigarh, I applied for the MD in this college. They check all the qualifications and documents they I got a call for the interview round. It went for about 1 hour and many questions were being asked especially from the specific field which I want to pursue.
The admission into the college is a two step process: 1. Entrance Test: Eligible candidates need to appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the college. 2. Merit Screening: Admission is based on the marks obtained in Entrance Test and qualifying examination.
