Review on odisha university of technology and research as a student

Faculty:

Faculty to students ratio is good there is sufficient teachers for all subjects in each section and the college constaly hires contractual faculties if needed There is two exams in a semister 1st is midterm and end term.students need to pass in both the exams for clearance

I don't like the teaching style of teachers.

Our faculty members are well experienced in their respective domains.In this college,there is shortage of teachers for which non experienced teachers take class of the subjects which they don't know about.

A Good University

There are enough teachers to maintain all the students present in the university. The teachers are very much helpful and are very much easy to approach for academic problems. There is no poin of liking or disliking to any specific teacher. The exams are quite giod but the students are quite smart also. Students whore lazy gets back paper mostly

Good college!! But needs your hustle to survive.

Some faculties are understanding in nature. But some are just intolerable from student point of view. For academics 6 theories 4 practicals. Mid sems are of 20 marks end sem 60 marks. Rest 20 for quiz and assignments etc etc.

The faculty members are very knowledgeable.

One teacher assigned for ten students in average. Teachers are very friendly and clear doubts in the class. They focus more on concept building rather than mark fetching. Exams are not that hard only if you study. The pass ratio is high.

I appreciate that we have so many good professors who were like friends to us and they help us in many ways.

I would say that the faculties are like friends to us. Whenever we are in trouble , we can call them at any time and they would eagerly help us. And about my favourite teacher I would say durgesh prasad bagarty, he is ye retired faculty but he is working here as a guest faculty and I like him so much like I share every problem with him

The faculty to student ratio is 1:16 . Teachers are cooperative supportive and understanding. I really like Biswajit sir and Abhoshek sir. They both are really involoving and encouraging teachers. There are in total 2 end sems and 2 midsems with moderate to hard difficulty level

OUTR the game changer

I really like the kind of teaching methodologies teachers follow here . Especially they are precise to what they want from students and the kind of answers or projects.

The faculty student ratio is 1:16. The student get easy going with teachers as they are quite cooperative. I really like Anwesha Ma'am , Abhisek Sir, and Gangadhar Sir. There are in total 5 exams to be precised, 2 midsems 2 endsems 1 special exam. DIFFICULTY level is alittle tough as in last few years the number repeaters have increased.
