8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Exploring college amenities and internships.

Likes

We are getting opportunities to work on real world projects with the guidanxce of experts both fromm within and outside the campus.
The faculties are deeply invested in our success and they provide great membership along the way.
AI and ML program offers everything a future tech leader could want expert faculty ,hands-on labs and an environment that encourages innovation.

Dislikes

College uniform does not lasts as it is not of the best quality.
As a college student we need have online resources to refer and study but there is'nt enough range to search in the online platform

Placement Experience:

Placements offered in my college is moderate as they are limited but my college offers career guidance.Im focusing on off campus jobs,internships and higher studies in aboard to boost my capability and skills.

THE BREIF INSIGHT TO ACE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Likes

The faculties are approachable and friendly,ensuring that the student gets the personalized attention that they need
The state-of-the-art labs and resources provided here have given me the opportunity to work with cutting edge tools and software that are used in the industry today.
The college is very environment friendly and provides trash bins and every possible location on the campus and also provides club activities and program to improve the overall college life of the student.

Dislikes

One of the very few cons of the college is that the range or signal for cellular networks inside the campus wall is a little bit bad comparatively
The uniform which is provided by college has a very soft and comfortable cloth but at the same it makes it more prone to getting dirty

Placement Experience:

The college is proviiding great placement and internship oppurtunities provided the students are qualified for it.The packages vary from 50k to 15k monthly depending on the qualifications of the students and the company recruiting.

TOP REASONS TO CHOOSE

Likes

The college infrastructure is good which gives the students a good and appealing environment for studying.
The faculty of the college is very supportive for studies and other activities .
Provides extra curricular activities like NSS, IEDC,Sports ,inter college events etc.

Dislikes

No internet connectivity inside the college campus/ no free wifi, but we have accesibility to internet in library so that we can make use of it.

Placement Experience:

From the college the students become eligible for the placement 6 th semester onwards such as the trainings . The companies will approach on 7th semester. Different types of companies offer different kinds of package to the students . Companies like Allianz , Cognizant ,TCS , TVS ,UST , Quest Global , Capgemini etc. On an average of 60% of the students get placements from the college. My plans after getting the degree is to join the defence forces by the TGC entry.

My experiance in ACE College

Likes

Good infrastructure in classrooms, laboratary, auditorium
Good teaching staffs for both teaching as well as for personal counselling
Other than academics good involvement in sports and other extracurricular activities

Dislikes

Since the uniform is white, it is difficult to maintain
Semester break is too short , long internship is not possible
more classes are required for communication improovement courses

Placement Experience:

students are eligible to apply for placements from seventh semester. both technical and non technical companies appeared students with backlogs can also eligible to apply for the placement process. I would like to work in the civil industry

Great Campus with good exposure for engineering learning

Teachers are very friendly. they are also very supportive
campus life and social interaction campus is very good.
My branch is civil engineering. my faculties are really expert in their subject. i can now draw a plan in the first year itself.

Dislikes

Principal is very tough not friendly and approachable.

placements are ok. many are interested many are not interested. i understand we will get enough opportunities based on watching the seniors getting placed. our seniors are placed in TCS wipro, infosys. civil we have internships and placement in local companies.

Supportive & vibrant faculty, Good value addon skills related to my branch
Lab facilities are good and we can access lab whenever wish during college working hours
Campus Life is good. Serene atmosphere. Campus facility is good

Dislikes

Limited Public transport . But college bus is available which is costly compared to public transport

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are good. As I understand each students get minimum 20 company interview chances. students are placeed in TCS, Johson & Johson, eependorf, cipla, infosys etc. i think some where around 50000 per month was the highest. lowest is 15 k i believe.

College of Engineering Trivandrum. Is it worth the hype

Extra curricular activities are widely available. There are many club activities.
Barch is pretty good. The work is not too hectic as of now. But there is work
The campus is really big and there are many facilities

Dislikes

There are less cleaning staffs so the classrooms become messy

Placement Experience:

As I'm a first year student I don't know much about placements but I think it starts by 8th sem for b arch students. Placements for barch are low compare to btech. But as this is a prestigious institution the best firms come here and there is a unit called CGPU for helping students regarding placements here.

The curriculam is vast and doesn't gives us the basic informative things required foe an ai student rather than giving more unwanted things which doesn't come in use for our future..whereas teaching meathods are fine

The infrastructure of the college is top rated.NBA has given a 10 on 10 for the infrastructure facilities like laps,classrooms,and other amenities
They give more importance to the development of each and every student by conducting workshops,extra classes, remedial classes for students scoring less mark
They promote the promote the professionalism in the students. Make sure they dress in professional attire and build the best attitude

Dislikes

The hostel is very strict.Need to take permission for each and every small things.feels like a prison
The college does not provide funding for cultural activities for arranging Bands and other programs.Also night programs are not allowed.Girls and boys are not allowed to dance together they tie a rope between them
The security is very strict.make problems unnecessary.The college is very controlling

The Biomedical curriculum is choosen such that it provides the latest syllabus.Lab facilities are also very good.They have collaboration with top health care companies like GE healthcare,Agappe diagnostic,Rani Eye care Hospital,Eightwe Digital Transformations etc

Reflections on the Journey of College Life

Likes

Faculty members are well trained and are qualified mostly from IITs and NITs.
Environmental setup is really awesome and calm.
Library offers a large variety of books. Other than common library each department has a department library.

Dislikes

Labs are not well furnished and well maintained.
Office staff are somewhat rude to students,

From seventh semester students will be eligible for campus placements Comapnies visited are Walkaro , Talrop. L & T , Infosys, Viseton etc. Mainly software comapnies are visiting for placement drives. An avaerge of 4 lakhs per annum are provided by the companies and the number of offers made are very less as compared to other colleges. Percentile of students getting placements are very less. Plans after Btech is cracking GATE.
