Faculty , teaching is quite good in the collage and they are very helpful . they are likes friends
Great placement opportunities for the students many companies come to the university that provided great jobs and employment for the students so that the students don't have to worry about getting a job after a degree
The college is very vibrant and elegant style ways to embrace our selfies in here in the campus its very good and helpful.

Dislikes

Fees: the fees charged by the university are considered to be on the higher side, which can be a burden for some students.
7th semester students are eleigible for campus placement, last year many companies visited here but in big companies recruitment no students able to clear the screening round bcs of shit like study
They only provide scholarship to the person in cultural sport its not fair

Parul University - all you want to know about

Likes

The university has a very good campus life with a very good and big campus with a lot of greenery around
The university has a lot of events and other functions with a lot of VIP guests coming on the campus
The university is filled with almost all of the sport facilities and individual desires to have also the university has a good gym

Dislikes

The university has a very bad management
The infrastructure of building such as PIT is bad as the buildings are very old the university needs to improve the sitting tables

Placement Experience:

Biotechnology is a new course so many placement have not be done by the university but a lot of opportunities are available in this field and college also brings companies to the campus in which you can apply and could get placed

All about parul University

Likes

I like the campus. Parul campus is one of the best in India. It is full of greenery.
Parul University hostel have all the facilities like ac,hot water supply l, ro plant for drinking water, mess, gardens. In Parul campus there is various food court available near the hostel so that student can easily have food.
The facilities of parul are well trained and educated they have the ability to teach the student well. They regularly have training session.

Dislikes

The food of mess is average. some time the food is really good but sometimes it bad the constituency is not good.
College timing is not particular my department don't give enough time for lunch they give us only 25-30 for lunch and as I am a hosteler I have to go to mess which is in other side of the campus its take time.
Some time the senior faculty don't understand the problem of the student they just ignore the problem.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th sem you are eligible for placement. The number of company is more than 500 but in my department we have around 20-50 company visit. The highest pakage in the university is around 30lak. In my department the highest is 15lak. Average is around 5lak. I would take the placement in my campus.

Exposure given by the university for exploring various fields.
Very good campus and college life, giving positive and vibrant vibes
The infrastructure and the academic of this university is making it standout among all the other universities.

Dislikes

Overexploitation of hostel authorities if you are campus resident and will face issues regarding to it
Hostel mess may not be helpful sometimes which make you go out for food courts in campus which are quite expensive for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So as I am pursuing biomedical engineering, the first year for all the engineering students is same and have no issues. But from second year there are some subjects in syllabus that are not relevant to course making it an academic burden.

I like the competition I face here with my classmates and other students in college
I am really impressed by the Hackathons that are organized every month

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure it's quite conjested as compared to the students they have
Faculties here are Cooperative but are not as much as skilled to make students skilled

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Placements of this college attracted me take admission in this college The curriculum is all about basic and does make a complete champ but gives a basic knowledge rest further advance things you have to learn it by yourself. The course should be more practical oriented than theory based . Timing for the exams are perfect

Likes

Campus is great with a lot of greenery and nature
Many Canteen with a variety of food options

Dislikes

Chaotic due to number of students , not suitable for people with social anxiety
Benches in PIT are small and uncomfortable

College claims to give you 100% placement if you agree to sit for campus placement. Average package is 4 to 5 Lpa which is not great but a good start for the freshers. Package can go beyond based on your skills and academic. The companies that visit are TCS , WIPRO , INFOSYS and many more.

Teachers and faculty are very helpful and very wise when comes to help us
College provided good placement programmes
The infrastructure is very well maintained.

Dislikes

The location is on the outskirts of Vadodara this makes it difficult to travell
The fine system is very uncertain as they create their own rules then fine us for the same
College is overall good but it still has a room to grow

Placement Experience:

Placement programmes was very good ,we are eligible for placement in the beginning of 4th year. There were more than 800+ companies that visited for recruitment.i also got placed in a reputed company. The average package is around 4lpa

Mainly on the first visit of the university i felt very good for the infrastructure of the university the maintaince of campus is 10/10; Very fast procedure for admission as south student it took just 25 minutes for admission and got instant temp ID
The classrooms are so simply and eco friendly has the best ventilation which feels stress free the teachers are so responsive for each and every session they interact with each and every student who reaches them and for ah best they explain in short
The ammenities provided by the campus is litrally 10\10 they provide us free 5g wifi and 24/7 cool water facility which keeps body hyderated in this hot areas and it provides every kind of food and snacks in canteens and mainly the entertainment PUWP

Dislikes

On the flip side at several times the interns come and teach us which gets some deffective learning and some of the faculty just swipe the pdf and dont even explain about topics he have covered and there is no perfect code training have seen here own
The strength is too large in cse courses about to be 4000 students enrolled for this course and has heavy competative than other colleges and mainly herer the placements are less for IT field they prefer business field only they enroll many it but w
Some IT companies just provides the link to register for placements but not reach the college or conduct the apptitude test and CDC cell will tell wait for them gthose who have applied joined the college with some expectations which are comparitiv

Before 2023 placements was preety god for our seniors and on 2023 many companies dint reached our college maximum was non it sector of surat and bombaby stock exchange thw gighws packed here is 35 lpa and low is 3 lpa AVG is 8 lpa better placements will arrive after the development of IT in ahmedabad

My journey in Parul University

Likes

Parul University is a very charming and welcoming establishment. Its nature, ambients feels like a garden every where.
Parul University have everything a student or a normal person would be need of. daily necessities..then there is a gym, manybrestaurants and a canteen .
Parul is very organized in its work. Either its inside the departments or outside. I love the way they handle each festivities, parties etc...

Dislikes

I dont like that people cant get out regularly outside but have to take gate pass. In international hostel the rector is very strict and give gate pass so easily.
Ther is a curfew of 9 for every student which is very less. All the restaurants are also closed so there is sime problems about that.
The food of the mess is disgusting. Its not comestible and water isnt filtered. International students cant handle suchboily food or infected water.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm really delighted to do optometry for my course my teachers are great but the problems is when they say we will be having class at 3 it suddenly get canceled which make me angry cause I leave outside and I have a time to respect if i want to catch my van. In that case I have to wait till 5. If they say we won't be having class then my van hour is at 2.30 that's the only problem but we understand our teachers explaining

The college campus is the most scenic yet the most spacious you would ever get to explore
The teachers were the key aspects of the university as because of which there were different types of programs were held for the betterment of the students
The curriculum is so sorted that any non cse background will easily adapt those things

Dislikes

As the are very less things to be disliked, the quality of class room can be better

As you come into your final year the college will start preparing you for your placement, as there are many students who do not take the placement, the placement process is very easy as you need to sign up to the university given application and from that portal you can have the access.

What is your review of the meal quality and menu in the Parul University’s hostel?

The mess food in the hostel is served 3 times per day, however, it is closed on Sunday night. The food cooked is excellent and hygienic. They serve all types of cuisines, mainly Gujarati, Rajasthani, etc. Each day's meal is different based on the menu and you will be informed in advance of any daily menu changes. However, please note that there is no provision for non-vegetarian options.

Parul University is a great place to study. It has a big and clean campus, good teachers, modern labs, and hostels. Placements are decent, and many activities help students grow. Overall, a good university for learning and career development.

Candidate shall have passed Graduation with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects, with a minimum of 50% for the Open category and 45% for the Reserved category from a recognized university. If a candidate doesn't have these subjects in Graduation then check for it in 12th or in 10th. The course is good at Parul University.
