Infrastructure of college is really good labs and classes are well maintained
Placement are good for those from CsE related fields
Dislikes
The behaviour and teaching of few faculty is really bad
If u are not from cse related fields placement are almost zero
Placement Experience:
Campus placement is offered in the college around 50 to 70 companies visit campus for selecting students and around 70 to 80% of students get placed from branches related CSE but for remaining branches there are not many opportunities
Huge Campus with green everywhere and awesome stalls inside. Everything is available to eat inside campus. Almost everything. Also pocket friendly.
Excellent and supportive teachers who support whenever we need them.
They make an attempt to pass (not eligible: thse who don't qualify 40 min marks criteria) students (charges:6k) by extra teaching during holidays. i agree, they eat lot of money for these things but this is effective. Arrears fees is 1k

Far from the bus stop, we should hire an auto for ride from Rajankunte to college everytime. Few times college gives college bus facility for those students but if we go in that, you go for 2nd class directly 😂. Only one bmtc bus exists(not ontime)
Toxic environment, i see many fights happening from the local people Vs students, most times college does nothing to stop it. I agree, in most case it's toxic students of northies mistake.
Placements are not so good, and competition is too high.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I got into Computer engineering as I was always amazed at how programming works. Being from PCMB, still i had the interest to be an engineer.
Student: faculty ratio has a huge difference. Students are around 10000+ approx. And the facilities are good enough with strengths as we have a huge teachers base for each subject.
Teachers are well qualified and have passed various tests by the college hiring teams. The teaching methodology followed is based on the ppt prepared by the head of departments. They are very good and approved by the AICTE.
Exams come faster than we expect at the presidency. As it's an autonomous University, it follows its timetable. Anyways syllabus is covered on time.
Placements are started from the last 2nd semester of every course.
The lowest package was 2 LPA and the highest was 10 LPA. More than 50 companies visited and the placement rate is almost 80%.
I'm planning to get a job after my graduation.
The placement of each year will be more than 90%. Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th sem itself. Many companies like Capgemini, etc visit every time and recruit students. The highest package offered was I guess 12 lakhs. And the average was 3.5 lakhs. My plan is to get placed in a good company with a good package.
After completing the 6th Sem (For engineering) you should have CGPA above or equal to 6 to be eligible for campus placements which start at the 7th Sem provided you don't have any Backup logs.
All profiles were offered
Average package 5LPA
Highest was 22LPA
97.16% of Eligibile students got placed
Students from the seventh semester are eligible for campus selections in presidency university with the given cutoff CGPA. There is at least 85% of placements in presidency university. My plans after getting placed in a company are to learn new computer languages and improve my experience.
Placement is very good but for specific branches like Civil and Mechanical there are not many and almost many of them got placed either from the core or noncore the package offered was also good and my plan right now is to crack the GATE exam.
Placements are not up to the mark. We'll find more sales(voice jobs), marketing jobs, and fewer IT AND CORE sector jobs. The highest package will be around 12lpa and the average package is between 5lpa-6lpa.80-90% of students will be placed during placements.
I choose computer science and engineering course because I want to be a software engineer and creator and make life easier. The student ratio is equal for boys and girls. The faculty are well trained and experienced.
I am a second year so i do that much abut placements and all but I got the news that good placements u will get here u want to get after 3 years like 8-9 cup u should have u can get placements to abut 6lakh 8 lacks per anum per of getting placements it depends on company taking students I want placement in the college itself that's all I wish
