ABOUT MY OPINION ON RGUKT

Likes

I like the education system. They never make student to experience stress
They have provide the student laptops for the better understansings
They will explain the concepts and theory with great explanation

Dislikes

The food is not quality making and bad cooking
The mess is not cleaning regularly and water is stagnating
The hostel bathroom were not repaired yet

Placement Experience:

From the third year of engineering the students are eligible for internships. Multinational companies are here for internships students like Infosys, tata, etc. Nearly 6 lakh per annum. Max 70 to 80 percent of students are getting placements.

College life in rgukt

Likes

The college students are more friendly to talk
And infrastructure is good and classroom have good internet facility
and I liked climate in NUZVID and it is near to the vijaywada

Dislikes

The mess is some what dispointing . It is not good food
Some of the faculty are not have such info related to updated technology
There are only few labs and which have old lab instruments which are not working properly.

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. From 4 th year of the btech we get placements in the campus. Few companies are synopsis, analog devices, Intel, moschip, and, DRDO and isro and many more . The highest package is 28 lpa and average package is 3.5 lpa. 70% of people in campus get placed. Try to do job in core company.

Likes

The most I liked here is the peace full ness in college
Food court climate , food and loyalty in friends
Nature here , class room environment and teachings

Dislikes

The things that I don't like is hostel washrooms
Some times food in mess also not much good
We have insufficient hostel rooms . Difficult to adjust in small rooms

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very much interested in the coding field and want to progress well in the future in the domain. Faculty are quite good at teaching and developing skills in students and students are very competitive and well awarded and cared about their career. The qualifications of the faculty most of them were doctorates. Exams were conducted every month. It's not that much difficult and not too easy to pass.

Good atmosphere...good locality...big playground

Dislikes

Food is not so good in the campus sometime

Placement Experience:

Packages are also good on campus. The average package for a student is based on the CGPA obtained on the engineering exams. The average package is 5 lacs per annum. Some companies are Infosis and Flipkart.

Education with Enjoyment

In my college I like mostly the education system and the way of teaching and learning behaviour

Dislikes

The first thing I disliked in my college is providing more electricity

Placement Experience:

Most probably the students who become eligible for campus placement are in the last semester or before the semester. The companies that visited our college are mostly IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Tech Mahindra, tata etc. In our college, 80% of students get placement and the remaining will also succeed in their own path The highest salary package is 22 LPA, and the minimum is 7 LPA offered by top companies like Infosys, Wipro, and Tata to select students for internship My plans after getting a degree are to prepare for upsc civils and continue my career in the government sector. If my campus does not provide any placement then I go through my ultimate goal and prepare for those exams and crack civil service examinations

Faculty teaching and problem solving techniques and punctuality
Campus life, enjoyment with friends and hostel life
Infrastructure and way of growing trees in surrounding areas

Dislikes

Mess food, meal menu, meal quality and quantity timings
Bathrooms are worse, water stagnation at bathrooms
Internet service provider is not so good, very poor signals

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course with an interest in Computer Sciences and IT jobs. The Faculty-student ratio is 1:30. All the faculty have studied minimum MTech at the IIT level. Teaching is awesome. The teaching methods are very nice. Term exams are very punctual according to the schedule. It is 40 percent difficult to pass.

Likes

There are many things i like in this college but the highest priority is class room environment
The nature of rgukt is better than most other colleges
Teaching and labs equipment are too good here.

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not that much good here
Sometimes food is not that much good we have to adjust
Here cultural events are not that much appreciated

Placement Experience:

After E3 we are eligible for internships. But after E4 sem 1, we are able to go job opportunities. The highest package from ece branch is 30 lakh but the average is 3 lakh only. Nearly 70 percent of students are placed. My plans are to prepare for the gate after my degree.

Our college provide free and High quality of education to poor and merit students
The interaction between students and faculty is very good and I like it
All faculty members are well talented and experienced

Placement Experience:

From the third year of engineering students are eligible for internship most of the students from all branches will get selected to internships highest package ki 4 lakhs and the average package is 80k students must get more than ninety percentage to be selected for the internship

The course curriculum is A year-integrated B.Tech Course. The first two years is Pre a University course and the next Four years are B.Tech-Based on our PUC course marks..we get the branch available in engineering. there are 6 faculty for 6 subjects for 60 students class. Exams timeliness is very fast and exams are moderated level

Mess food was not good. Have to take care of that.
Self learning.. No one come to help.individually we have to manager
In sports not everyone are encouraged. Only talented

Medium companies come to collage for recruitment. They select us based on grade and skills. More than 7 cgpa should be maintained. Companies like wipro,tcs,synopsis, infosys...visit us.From third year 2 ND semester they starts hiring.

What is your review of IIIT Nuzvid?

The facilities are quite good but you will not find smart graduates here. The classrooms are good with 3-star accommodation. Everything including the notices is sent online.

A peculiar thing that you will notice is that everyone here uses Linux as an operating system including Fedora, Ubuntu, and Zorin.
There are no hard copy textbooks and it is a smart campus with no electrical lines seen anywhere.
In your first year, you will do well, plus there is no entrance exam to gain admission.
Infrastructure-wise, the college is good. It was mainly started to boost village students to gain exposure to higher education.
It also gives an option of 6 years of free education to prevent girls from getting married too early.
There are also free food and hostel facilities for underprivileged students. However, the main drawback is that it could shrink the mindset of many students by making them complacent.
You will also find really good faculty that will help you secure a job later. Most lecturers here are individuals who have done well in their subjects.
Underprivileged students also get the opportunity to access movies and the internet.

Overall, it is a good place but most students end up being intelligent and not street smart here.

RGUKT Nuzvid is the only institute which provides students with laptop and internet connectivity. The institute has a population of 6000 students and 300 faculty members. The institute also has the biggest library in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements:-

RGUKT Nuzvid has a solid placement department for BTech and MTech students. Around 60-70 companies visit the campus every year.

Admission details:-

The institute offers 6-year integrated BTech courses with a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in the 10th standard.
Admissions are offered based on the marks in class 10.
The candidates need to have 60% marks in BTech degree for admission in the MTech program.
Admissions are based on the marks in the GATE score, followed by counseling.

The institute is a fully residential environment with a ragging free campus.
The campus has all the students’ facilities as students have to stay at the college for studies.
