Likes

Our college provides students with scholarships to help financially backward students and also students who are in need of help.
I can say that they are truly effective in their classes and also freely available to help students even at the non college days.
Placement opportunities for students are pretty much good as companies hire a lot more students from this university

Dislikes

I dislike the canteen food over here. They don't taste homely and i have faved stomach aches and loose motions frequently agter eating.
The dean and hod are very arrogant they don't support
The CSE department neglects extra-curricular activities to a point that its ridiculous.

The life in brainware University

First of all the infrastructure is very good and the quality of education is upto the mark. The faculties are very supportive and they make sure to solve the difficulty of the students.
The university campus has two food court so we don't have to worry about our food or lunch. Food quality is also good. As we all know that bengalis make great food .
Each classroom has its own ac, and water facilities are also provided by them. Many extra curricular activities are also conducted here.

Dislikes

This university is in its eary phases and its still new so there are many things to improve.
Don't expect much more than education. Because the college location is in outskirts where the only thing that is available is food, rooms and education. Main Kolkata town is far away from this place.
If you are not a Bengali speaker then you may face trouble in understanding. But after a while maybe you will get adapted to it.

Placement Experience:

1.After 3rd -4th semester students are eligible for campus placements. 2. Companies like wipro,tata, Amazon, Infosys, byjous, and many more. Total 500+ recruiters are there. 3. Highest package offer was 36 lpa and highest package that locked was 24 lpa 4. 97% students get placed here in any course. 5. I am going to do litigation as well as LLM.

Infrastructure of the college is very good
It provide us a very good quality of education and it's a very disciplined college
All the faculty members as well as the teachers are very good and are very polite to all the students

Dislikes

The campus is little bit small in this college
College hostel facility is not proper and hostels are not maintenance is also not proper
Behavior of the canteen members are not okay but quality of the food is fine

Placement Experience:

Placement scenerio in our college is very good and our college also provide us, with soft skills classes and aptitude classes to proare us for interview and pre interview rounds in campussing. This year our placement is the best till date most of the final year students have managed to get a job and the average package is about 4.5 lpa

Honest Facts

Likes

The campus and ambiance is very good for a student
The faculties are very helpful and good and they reach the students if any problem arises

Dislikes

The food in the canteen is not good and very less hygienic but still students somehow manage to eat that
All the classes are not given the ac facility

Placement Experience:

Placement are given every year and the very renowned companies come to hire students. The companies are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, etc. There is a 98% placement every year with a good package for the students both UG and PG.

Ambience is good and all the staffs are friendly
The canteen and it's food is good and healthy
The college has lifts for students which makes it easier

Dislikes

The dean and hod are very arrogant they don't support
Attendance is very strict and if you don't qualify they won't let you sit in exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

AI is very powerful nowadays so it's better to study with it. The college has good faculty which allows you to deepdive into the course and study I am very pleased to be a part and also the placement is good.

1st Year Insights: Campus Life and In Depth Review of Brainware University

Likes

Great facilities at low price, full ac classrooms(only in new buildings), clean campus, smart projectors, modern labs
A generic students' forum where we can get all the informations including attendance, fees payment, MAR points, class notes, Marks , etc
Great and supportive faculties, mentors for each group, great support from external faculties

Dislikes

Less holidays compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible for placements in the 7th semester. I will only talk about CSE placements So in 2023-24, companies visited: TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Infosys, Siemens, Amazon and other small companies too All total 40-50 companies visited (including online and on campus placements) Highest offer made is 24LPA(Wipro) and lowest is 1.8LPA(Zolostays Property Solutions) Total offers made: 177 No information is available on the percentage of students placed from BTech But overall including all 55+ courses it's 98% My plans after getting a degree is to experience the job culture here in India then do my Masters abroad.

Faculty are good in every side , eco friendly campus, fully ragging free

Annual fest is not that much good, canteen food is below average

Extra caricular activities and sports including inter college competitions
The engagement is quite well and it has a good social interaction

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, I was interested in computers since my childhood so that pulled me to take this course. Well, the curriculum is almost based on the real-world experience. Well, the exams are held between a decent amount of time which is more than enough to get prepared for the exam.

Likes

Infrastructure and environment of the college is very good. No ragging inside the college.
Faculty member are very friendly with the student.
Lab facilities is also good. Huge number of setup is available.

Dislikes

Campus size is small. There is needed a big size playground where student can play.
Holiday in the college is too much less than other college.
The number of student is too much thats why during the placement session many student face some challenges.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester student can apply for placement. There is many reputed companies are come and conduct the placement drive like TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, AMAZON WEB SERVICES, ADOBE, INFOSYS, DELOITTE, FLIPKART etc.

Review of my college

Likes

My college campus is big and had many facilities
We have nice common room gym playground aquaguards for clean and cold water
We have three canteens then big auditorium

Dislikes

The attendance problem we don't like they deduct lot of we miss the class but they increase less attendence of us if we do the class
Holiday problems should be resolved bcoz we also need Holidays to fresh &up our mind
Strictness of our college is more rather than other colleges

Placement Experience:

From second last semester they mainly start giving placements they give wipro and other big big companies plus our average package of the college is 400000 and they also give us opportunity to choose whether I want to work in corporate feild or I want to practice under any lawyer

I loved the College Atmosphere,It has no ragging zone I just loved the security of the college
Our college campuse is very much big and different type of seminer and fest are organized by our college which i really loved
Staff were very much good and faculty member are well qualified and like our guardians

Dislikes

I don't dislike but for me our question paper is little tough
And eventually our college took exam every second day which affect our college life
And Canteens and mess food are worst they suppose take 100 for biriyani which dosenot even taste like 50 rupees

Placement Experience:

Our college provide 98% placement.And they also offer nptel and internship which make us industry ready.And our college average placement is 4 lakh rupees which I think is really worth it for a private college
