Likes

Our college provides students with scholarships to help financially backward students and also students who are in need of help.
I can say that they are truly effective in their classes and also freely available to help students even at the non college days.
Placement opportunities for students are pretty much good as companies hire a lot more students from this university

Dislikes

I dislike the canteen food over here. They don't taste homely and i have faved stomach aches and loose motions frequently agter eating.
The dean and hod are very arrogant they don't support
The CSE department neglects extra-curricular activities to a point that its ridiculous.

University is very good at organizing exams and all it makes no mistakes
Every semester have fixed and equal months
Faculty member are great here they are very helpfull . and also campus is very neat and clean

Dislikes

Campus size is very short it should be big
There is no ground . very small it should be big
In sports category i think very less opportunities are there

Placement Experience:

They provide placement. From 7th sem they are eligible to sit in placement . there are many company visit our college college says 97% student get placement but I dont know the reality as I am in 2nd sem right now . my plan is to grab a good placement and also want to start an startup

The college contains beautiful environment where all the students can have a fresh air.
The location of the college is in good and compact area where an student can find good things around them.
The security provided by the college is enough for the girls.

Dislikes

Campus is quite small and the ground is small and no sports at larger level.
The students are more than that of the building storage.
The students just like insects in exam time.

Placement Experience:

The placements provided over here is good and enough for the student as compare to the fees given by the student. If the student has invested a good enough of money while learning then he can an good enough money.

A story about the Brainware family

Likes

I really appreciate the campus and the well maintained environment of the whole university, the whole ground staff who maintains the whole region are well responsible towards there work.
There are various course rather than B.com eg: BCA, BBA, etc. and the faculty is well trained and experienced. And about the infrastructure it's very good it's a decent campus with 7 buildings classes are well maintained.
And about the placement cell it's very reasonable various companies visit here I have seen my seniors getting placed in Wipro, bajaj and various big giants of our country.

Dislikes

Classes must have ac as here the temperature in Kolkata is too high the students get various issues due to the heat
Should have more entering and exiting gates we have to take a full round the get exit from the gate
The gym facilities the gym is completely crowded at the evening time l.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations

As a student of Brainware university

Likes

The environment of the campus, there is a fountain upfront.
The library is huge storing tomes upon tomes of books
The faculty of Mathematics is at par with the best from other reputed colleges. The teachers are so helpful.

Dislikes

The location of the university could have been better.
Food quality of items available at the food court can be improved
If more lifts could be added, it will be helpful for both students and teachers alike.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Msc in Mathematics. The syllabus is at par with the leading universities of India. In our first year we are given thorough insight into areas like algebra, statistics, analysis, differential equations, programming, topology etc. From second year we can choose for applied or pure stream and in both directions we have the opportunity to learn the most relevant and upcoming courses. The curriculum is so designed as to prepare us for a rewarding career in field of data science, economics, statistics, research , banking, and last but not the least teaching.

The Brainware University is one of the best college in west Bengal for their placement rate.the placement rate is 98% in 2023 and the average package is 3.5LPA and the highest package is 24CTC.aslo trained outself for placement.

Likes

Good environment and good infrastructure
Good placement record in top Multi national company
Still now I don't see any type of ragging

Dislikes

There is no students limit in a particular department
There is no dress code for a particular department
Some faculties are very young who have not teaching experience even they couldn't teach very well

High payed salary and get job at a very young age , influenced me to choose this course This university and their curriculum prepared you for real world application or further academic pursuits Which helps you to survive in the real world

B. Tech Robotics and Automation is a 4 years undergraduate programme. After competition on this program you can join any Industrial company as well as electronics core company. The salary will expected INR 12 LPA.

The all in one and affordable technical college in West Bengal

Likes

The environment of the college is very good and friendly with greenery all around.
The campus life is very enjoyable and appreciable with activities like hackathon,debates,exhibitions.The faculty are very good and helpful
The course curriculum is very interesting and knowledgeable with real life problem solvings in the corporate world like situations.

Dislikes

The internet connection is not available all over the college.
The food quality of the food court and canteen is not very good.
Lift facility is not available in every building for students.

Placement Experience:

The college provide very good placement in top mncs. The student are eligible for placement from 5th semester. The highest package got was 32 lpa and the median package is 5lpa Around 98% student got placed in mncs. After the degree I. Want to pursue my higher studies

University offered anti ragging campus. Anti ragging committee is working all day.
Friendly campus, faculties are friendly.
University campus is neat and clean. Food court was my favourite place.

Dislikes

Placement cells are not working properly 😔.
Sometimes faculties don't listen our problems.
Course need proper planning. Curriculums are ok but not properly maintained.

Placement Experience:

From 8th sem students become eligible for campus placement. After completing internship, a physician assistant is eligible for campusing. But still my seniors are waiting for their placement chance. Average package for PA 120000 per annum. I want to do masters in pharmacy after getting the degree.

I usually face a language barrier its kind of hard to make friends if you don’t speak their same native language.

I have chosen BBALLB course because I see alot pf scoope in it . The teachers are very helpful tho. They will make you understand the topic in details. In studywise the university is very strict you have to be well and maintain . Which is very great for any individual to be prepared for the outside world .And for the examination process u will get what u taught in the classroom!
