IIT Jammu B.Tech CSE Fees
The B.Tech CSE programme at IIT Jammu follows the same fee structure as all other B.Tech branches. For the 2025 batch, the tuition fee is INR 1,00,000 per semester for General/OBC-NCL/EWS category students, while SC/ST/PwD students receive a full tuition fee waiver. The total 4-year programme cost (including hostel in shared occupancy) for General/OBC/EWS students is approximately INR 8.3 Lakhs, excluding mess charges which are billed separately. The fee structure is uniform across all B.Tech branches at IIT Jammu.

- Hostel accommodation is available on campus; hostel fees (semester fee component) are included in the above table. Mess charges are billed separately and are not included in the total above.
- The security deposit of INR 10,000 is refundable at the time of graduation/withdrawal.
- Fee components other than tuition fee increase annually at the rate of 7%.
- Students with parental annual income below INR 1 lakh are eligible for 100% tuition fee waiver. Students with parental income between INR 1 lakh and INR 5 lakh are eligible for a 2/3rd tuition fee waiver.
- Education loans are facilitated through multiple banks including SBI, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, PNB, Canara Bank, J&K Bank, and others.
- No EMI option is available; fees are payable semester-wise.
