Dayananda Sagar University B.P.T : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The course is a four-year program with annual exams and three internal assessments each year. To qualify for finals, students must meet attendance and internal marks criteria. The marking is considered lenient, benefiting those strong in the subject and English. The faculty is helpful and knowledgeable, providing support in classes and during postings. A mandatory 6-month internship is part of the course, split between the campus hospital and a hospital in Bangalore.

There is a potential for the internship to extend to a year due to possible new regulations, although this is not yet confirmed. Annual exams in September cover the entire syllabus, with finals typically marked out of 100 or 80, depending on the subject. The management seat fee is INR 1,45,000 per year, inclusive of examination fees, paid at the start of each academic year. Scholarships are available but have specific eligibility criteria, such as achieving distinction or scoring above 70% the previous year.

Students who enter through the CET exam benefit from lower fees, approximately INR 35,000, compared to the management quota. The program concludes with an internship following the four years of study.
