Dayananda Sagar University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose this course because it's the main developing field in the IT industry and since I had a passion for working in space industry and analytics, I chose CSE. The faculty of DSU are very friendly and interactive. Nevertheless, I felt it fun and informative each day I went to college. Everyday I felt like I am learning something new which will help me in the competitive era of Computer Science.

The placement offered by the college is much above the average and a good amount of companies visit the campus and offer good packages. Students are eligible for campus placements from the 6th sem. Companies like Mercedes Benz, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture etc have visited the campus for placement. The average package offered is around 6-7 lacs and the highest had gone up28 lacs

I chose it because of the comparatively lower fees and the rank change in kcet. There are about 1000 students in a year, and the faculty are decently numbered. Around 1:50 you could say. The faculty are moderate to highly qualified with most of them having phds but their teaching skills could be questioned. The exam was considerably easy compared to other entrance exams, but it was moderate as a whole.

From 6 sem students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like Tata coinvent Wipro tcs and many others have visited and offers made were up to 41lakhs last year. The highest was around 45 55 lpa and the average is 10 lpa. Plans are for masters.

After 6th sem students are elogible to sit for placements. Japan tie up company also offers placement. Highest package offered was 35 lakhs. 90% student gets placed usually. My plans after getting degree is to opt for higher studies.

From the 6th semester onwards students get campus placements but we can avail internships at any point. There are many companies that visit like Microsoft, Infosys, Amazon, etc. A lot of offers have been made.

Since I'm still in 2nd year, I have been through the process of placement but overall Dayananda Sagar University has better placements than other colleges. Every year many companies come for placement and many students are selected.

Placement programs are really good Fourth-year students are eligible for placements Main companies include Accenture, JP Morgan, etc. The highest package here was 32L annually I want to become a game developer after completing my degree

I chose the BTech (Computer Science and Engineering ) program because I am interested in programming and mathematics and the faculty at DSU makes it very easy to understand and guide you in every step so that we can do what we want to.
