Lots of companies are going to take placements in our college
Lots of offer for the students
There is average 300000 package for placement
More than 80 percentage of the students get placement in the company
My placement hasn't been done yet, but I have noticed some things such as, there are some unexplained advantages in some courses which other courses either don't have or haven't mentioned at all. Which makes me wonder why the difference Or is it just because of it is about two very different kinds of courses.
I was always good with theory subjects and I had a great interest in knowing my rights and law and bringing change through law as Sandip university was providing an honors degree without any entrance.
The student-teacher ratio is 1:14
Through the years the staff and teachers have changed as the university is still adapting, teachers are from a known good university.
The exams are always held as the year calendar some Times dates changes but they're never postponed and teachers help students before exams for preparation so its quite easy to pass the exam if you do well on internals as it's 50-50 format if you don't do well on internals you'll fail even if you do well on papers.
The students are made ready for the placements and interview as soon as the last semester is started with a lot of different opportunities and Companies based on their course and Skills. Most of the students are placed till the end of the semester, Some Opt for higher studies, and the remaining are guided for their own startups by the entrepreneurship cell.
The reason I chose Sandip University because with my marks that was the best university I was getting in Maharashtra. Which is actually great as it is the top university in Nashik. I heard that the university was awarded the third among the newly emergent universities across India. As far as I remember, the eligibility criteria was pretty basic - I had to pass 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with other Science subjects. I the requirement for my year was to get at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together. I had to fill in and submit the application form online and then upload the softcopies of required mark sheets and recent color passport size photograph and pay the nominal admission fees of a 1000 rupees.
I did my BBA from this same college and wanted to study further so I applied in the same college for my MBA as well. Since i belonged to the same college, I had an advantage of seats,as the first preference was given to its own students. However i did have to apply and pay a fee of rs 1200 for the application fee. In it my graduation marksheets, my 10+2 mark sheets and personal details were to be submitted.I could have studied in other college for my MBA but then i was so attached to the college that i decided to study here only.
I chose this university because it is a bit cheaper when compared with other MBA colleges. The college is UGC approved and it was awarded third position in terms of education as a newly emerged university across India. The admission process is based on merit with a minimum percentage of 55% in class 10+2 and in 50% in graduation. The forms were available in the online college portal and I had to pay rs 1000 for it as an application fee. I did have a personal interview as well, in it I was asked about why i wanted to study further and what were my plans after finishing my MBA.
Good:- Campus, Private, And A Sports Person I loved The Cricket groundBad:- Syllabus Is little But EasyI was already Placed in Sandip Foundation It was A Pune University But as It was BE So I shifted To Btech Which was Sandip University
While choosing Sandip University, the main factor that I looked into was the ambiance of the place. Nashik being away from cities like Mumbai was a splendid one indeed. Amidst mountains and serene area, it was bliss to the eyes. It is calm and away from main city. This is infact one of the disadvantage too. As hostel students have to travel near about one hour to reach City. Although the basic stationary and other necessaties are available at the campus itself. Travelling after a certain time can be risky due to the dark and lone highways which prone to accidents. The admission process starts at April-May itself and the classes start at mid July or beginning of August.I came to know about this University through another college which recommended me Sandip University as dates for admission there was over.
Sandip University, Nashik provides Aerospace Engineering which only few college provides in Maharashtra. But still there are no instruments provided for practicals. Only theory is taught moreover now they have hiked fee ( 1,30,000 for one year ). Only good thing about college is the campus. You can find more about the university on collegedekho.com.
