Likes

Infrastructure of the classrooms are good.
Library facility and availability of books.
Opportunities are provided to showcase our skills.

Dislikes

Sports ground is not spacious and maintained.

In the last year, students can sit for placements. Top pharmaceutical companies including Mankind, SunPharma, GSK, Accenture, Clarivate etc visit University and offers are made. After Bachelors, the average package is around 210,000Rs/year whereas after Masters it is around Rs10,00,000/year.

DPSRU: a true review

Likes

I liked the affordability and the number of equipments we hai at the university which other universities don't have
The free certificate courses offered by the university are also helpful
The teachers are supportive and help in all aspects of life

Dislikes

The campus is smaller compared to many universities
The library only allows us to issue 2 books at the same time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like chemistry and pharmacy is a field that is basically based on chemistry. The student to teacher ratio is about 30:1 . The teacher are highly qualified and are all PhD holders, the teaching method is an hybrid of using digital interface and conventional board , the exams are easy and hard at the same time it all depends on the preparation done by the student, if you didn't study everyday you'll have alot of trouble getting pass

Likes

Faculty is well educated or supportive or extra work
5 society in the college you choose acooring your interests
We don't need to other place giving exam

Dislikes

No proper ground facilities as needed for students
Their is no proper canteen to eat , you have go else where
Too many courses in the college but don't have proper arrangements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because after Corona B.pharm had a big scope. Faculty is sufficient for each batch. Most Ph.D. interactive teachers give you ppt and you have to present the assigned topic. Mostly on time easy to pass.

A good place to study pharmacy

Likes

The thing I liked most is the faculty. They are very helping.

Dislikes

The mess food and canteen food are of poor quality.

Placement Experience:

The placement for this course take place in the last semester. Many big companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Zydus, Sun Pharma, Cipla, Dr Reddy's, deburr etc. The candidates must have pass b pharm with atleast 60% in order to get placement after being selected in the placement.

Things about DPSRU

Likes

The quality of teaching is good and the environment is good for studying.
Club activities , various events organised in college
Friendly environment and new technology for providing students with knowledge

Dislikes

Adding of unnecessary courses and little place
Not giving proper space for outdoor games
Hostel infrastructure is very bad and providing wifi to the students

Placement Experience:

The placement for graduate students is somehow low as many students opt for a master but the placement for masters is high highest package of 8 is there. The various big firms approach the college for placement such as dr Reddy's laboratories, Abbott laboratories and many more.

A brief info about India's first pharmacy University

Likes

University Campus is modern and campus area is big
Transportation services is easy available
Professor are very cooperative, and very helpful

Dislikes

Canteen is quite poor in our university.
Most of the time you have to give exams.
Professor and security incharge is of kind of orthodox.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students get eligible for a seat in placement and companies come to take interviews. Highly reputed companies come for placement like Dabur, Dr. Reddy's, sun Pharma, Cipla, ZS, and many more, there is 100% placement in our university. I'm planning for masters after my graduation.

All about the University one must know.

Likes

Faculty, teaching staff and courses availability
Societies and different clubs for events organisation
Exam criteria and focused over students studies

Dislikes

Campus area, the campus is not too big and attractive
Canteen and mess facility is not so good
Excess of security and restrictions which are troublesome for students

Placement Experience:

After the completion of the course, you may go both for on and off-campus placements. You may get an average package of about 6-7 lakhs per annum after B.Pharm in a good company. Also, you may opt for Masters further and government exams.

Review of my college

Likes

The faculty of college is impressive . They help you and guide you in every step in your college life
The campus is fully furnished. The classroom are fully aur conditioner and well built infrastructure
The Library of college is too good to be true . There's a different section for e library which helps the Student in their research study

Dislikes

I personally don't like the canteen of college. The food is below average and sitting arrangement inside canteen is not good
The outside area around the college is under construction for so many years it creates a lot of noise inside the campus sometimes it becomes infuriating

The students in the 4th year are eligible for sitting in the placement cell. There are various pharmaceutical companies that provide placement for students like Dr. Reddy, Ranbaxy, Cipla, and Sun pharma. The average package for Pharma students after their bachelor's is around 6-7 lakhs.

DPSRU is a good place to study pharmacy

The atmosphere is really very good here

The hostels rooms are very small and old

Placement Experience:

Placements are good on our campus. Every year any students get selected for placement. Some of the companies which usually come for placements are Zyla, Cipla, Dabur, Mankind, TCS, etc. Most companies look for students with more than 60% in academics whole some even look for 70%. The average annual package offered is around 3.5lacs

From the beginning of the last year of the course, students become eligible to sit in placements, and appropriate training is also provided. For consultancy firms like IQVIA, WNS, ZX, COURSE5, etc package varies from 8-14 LPA For RnDs like Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories package starts from 5.5 LPA The percentage of student placement is generally above 60 which is now increasing every year.
