SBU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 4th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Xtra marks, google, Deloitte, etc have visited our campus. The highest package offered in this particular course was around 10 lakhs. 70-80% of students get placed here. I'm planning to go for MBA after completing this course.

Each batch has mostly seen students getting placed approx. by 90%. The departments in management have seen 100% placement as well. My plans after getting the degree are to get a placement and have a good job to go on and get started with my career.

I choose this course because I wanted to pursue my higher studies in computer science and contribute to Sanskrit based technologies for transcription. Faculty student ratio is 100:1 where students also have assistant professors always available for doubt sessions All teaching faculty are P.hd holders in specific departments of their teaching Exams were held around every 3 months and were taken with a good arrangement throughout

The placement of this college makes it unique in Ranchi City. The placement cell of the college is working day and night to get each and every student get placed. The college is provided with an average of 4.5 lac.

The placement percentage of Sarala Birla university was 95% last year. All the students of all the sectors get their good packages. All the students from 3rd year are eligible for the placement process and the placement cell gives them proper training to perform their best in interviews. The maximum package last year was 9 lakh per annum and the average package was 3 lakh per annum.

For B.Tech, internships are done in the 3rd year and placements are provided in the 4th year. Placements are provided but do not meet the expectations and students look for off-campus to get into good companies. The average package for B.Tech is 4 LPA. 88% of students were placed. My plan is to get into some highly reputed company with a high salary which I would look for off-campus.

After 6 semesters students can eligible for placement. Tata neu and data and also many companies come for offers for students. Yes, a percentage of students can get placement better than other students if students give their external force.

From 7th semester we all are eligible for placements as companies start visiting campus.About 60-70% of students got placed from college. TCS and HDFC are the top companies that hire students from our college. About 50% of the students got internships. Roles offered are as HR, sales manager and sales executive. The highest salary package offered in our college varies from 5 LPA to 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA to 4 LPA.

Students from the 6th semester are eligible for placement. There are many offers made from various top recruiting companies like WIPRO, TCS and amazon. The average package offered to students is 6lakh PA.

Btech students are placed in the 7th sem onwards and BCA, BBA students are placed in the 5th semester. Around 65% of the students of undergraduate are placed every year. In the third year of the course, the college gives internships in different companies for example Tata. I am presently a student and haven't stepped up to the placement phase yet. I can say from my experience that our college is making a lot of efforts and working hard to train their students by conducting various seminars and PDP classes, i.e., personality development classes.
