MSU East Sikkim Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From i think 3rd semister students become eligible for campus placements there are a lots of companies but I don't know their names i think the percentage could be 50%or something else .my plans is to get a nice placement in a very nice position

The cource curriculum is so far so good. aAs it's a designing college everything from the base is taught including hand stitches, machine practice, sketching, paintings everything from the start. The college also conducts outdoor visits to different exhibitions and different factories where one can witness the process of making of fabric, yarns , silks etc. lot of industrial visits are also done

Students can undergo campus placements as soon as they get to learn softwares and prepare their portfolio which is mostly after 2nd year. Gold medal, haffele, eurotrend, Asian paints etc are the companies and firms . Mostly all he students are made up eligible for the placements depending on their decision and working ability.

Since the course I have taken have had many great opportunities and have less mental pressure. It's defined in a way that we get real-life exposure as well like they send us for OJT and all. Everything from the syllabus to the practice is fine just the theory class hours are much greater than the practical class. And we also have 2 exams a day so that we don't get much time.

My personal thought to choose optometry was not my first choice but after that I have come tho this course I think I made a good choice regardless of it's hardness the faculties are always there to teach us and guide us which brings my confidence to pursue this course ahead. The most important point to note is that we are not only doing theory but practicals are been the back bone which boost our confidence and prepares us for real world application. The improvements required in course curriculum and teaching methods might should be of more deep focous on the topic that we deal with and more detail understanding of what ever we do in practical. The frequency and timing of exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level are very well maintained by University.

2 semester students will become eligible for campus ogt. We haven't visited any companies, we are new batch students Yes 100% sure the student will get placement

1)Practical skills Emphasis Clinical Exposure Patient interaction Medical knowledge Ethical and legal Professional development 2) academic pursuits depend on the various factors,such as the revancr of the material .

Talking about the placement, our college provides us with the placement and all and we also get to do our own job training from the 3rd semister. We have to go to hospitals and all for this training while studying as a college student.

As I am doing the current program so I don't know about the placement correctly but they have give one assurance of getting giving us a currently place placement in high industries and also there will be some kind of plans which we don't know they might have think and obviously they will give us the

I like to become a business administrator so I choose this course. Faculties are good on campus there are sufficient faculties on the campus. they are good at teaching and they help you in every situation where you need them. there are 3 years of course every year you have to appear for four exams two are internal and another two semesters. It's not very difficult to pass.
