Ans. If you are a general candidate, your chance of getting IIIT Dharwad or any IIIT is very slim. Reserved candidates have a chance of getting IIIT Dharwad with ECE and CSE.

Ques. Are GFTIs better than private colleges if I only have 80 percentile in JEE Main?
Ans. GFTIs are better in terms of lower fees and good infrastructure. However, 80 percentile in JEE Mains might not be enough for general candidates unless you are a home state candidate or a reserved category candidate.
As per the r/JEENEETards thread on Reddit, 90 percentile in JEE Main is not sufficient for any NITs, especially for OS candidates. You might have a chance at MSc programs at NIT Surat and NIT Agartala.
