Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam gives admission to aspirants of B.Tech. course on the grounds of score obtained in JEE Main. JEE Main Cut Off for IIIT, Kottayam is the minimum criteria which an aspirant has to fulfil to get admission in 4-year B.Tech. course or 5-year B.Tech. + M.S. Dual Degree Course. Cut Off for IIIT Kottayam will be in the form of All India opening and closing rank for different courses and different categories.

IIIT Kottayam grants admission to B.Tech. and Dual Degree B.Tech. + M.S. courses to students qualifying JEE Main exam through JOSAA Counselling. JEE Main Results is expected to be announced on April 30, 2018 and May 31, 2018 for Paper 2.

JEE Main Cut Off is released after the successful declaration of JEE Main result. Only those candidates who clear JEE Main 2018 will be eligible for the admission. The counselling and seat allocation process for all the IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is conducted and managed by JOSAA. Counselling will commence in 5-6 rounds and after each round, a new merit list will be formed. All the seats in IIITs are classified under All India (AI) quota. Reservation of seats is as per the norms of Government of India.
