JEE Main Cut Off is the minimum marks required to qualify JEE Main 2018. Qualifying candidates can then advance further to JEE Advanced level. CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), conducting body of JEE Main will release JEE Main 2018 cutoff on the official website. For the academic session 2017-18, JoSAA Counselling is responsible for holding joint counselling sessions for all the IITs NITs IIITs and GFTIs. JoSAA stands for Joint Seat Allocation Authority. It is the conducting body of JEE Main Counselling for admissions to IIIT Guwahati.

Factors affecting JEE Main Cut Off
The cut off will be different for different categories. Therefore, the applicants will have to secure the qualifying scores as per their category. While preparing JEE Main Cut Off several factors will be considered namely-
- Difficulty level of exam
- Number of candidates appearing in the exam
- Number of questions asked
- Previous year’s cutoff trends.
Candidate scoring marks more than the cut off marks will be considered qualified in JEE Main 2018. Candidates ranking higher than the closing rank will be offered admissions into the UG B.Tech courses offered by IIIT.
