NEET 2021 Application process is expected to start in the month of Nov/ Dec 2020. All the eligible candidates who are planning to appear for NEET 2021 need to fill the application forms provided online by NTA.
- NEET 2021 Application form will be available on the website for about one month.
- Candidates need to fill all the mandatory details in the form like Name, Qualification, Address, Exam Center, etc. You also have to upload the required documents like photograph, signature, category certificate, etc in the prescribed format.
- After filling the form candidates have to pay the application fees online. The fees for NEET 2021 is expected to be the same as of the last year i.e. INR 1400.

How to Fill NEET 2021 Application Form?
The application for NEET 2021 shall be filled online on the official website of NTA. The process to fill up application form for NEET are discussed below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA
Step 2: Register and create registration id and password
Step 3: Proceed to fill the application form(as shown in the image below)
Step 4: Enter all the personal details required in the form
Step 5: Upload scanned copy of passport size photograph and signature. Upload scanned copy of thumb impression
Step 6: Pay the application fee through online mode. Submit the application form

Things to Keep in Mind while Filling the Form
While filling the application form candidates need to be very attentive and careful. There are lots of silly mistakes that may cause undesirable results. Below mentioned are some suggestive measures that must be kept in mind while filling the application:
- Candidates must enter valid email address and phone number as it will be used for all the communication related to the examination.
- Payment must be successfully completed as the application will be considered incomplete without payment. If multiple transactions are done then the spare amount will be refunded.
- Candidates shall not submit multiple applications as it will result in the rejection of candidature.
- The scanned photograph shall contain the name of the candidate on it and the date on which the photograph was clicked.

- Passed/Appeared/Appearing class 12 with science subjects that shall include Biology
- Must be at least 17 years of age.
- Must score 50%(general), 40%(SC/ST) marks in class 12
- Criteria for marks in class 12 may vary between the colleges. Candidates are advised to verify before applying.
- There is no upper age limit to appear in NEET as this decision is pending with the apex court.

Mode of Payments
- Payment can be made through various online modes such as net banking, credit and debit cards, BHIM-UPI, Online/E-Wallets like PhonePe, Paytm, PayPal, PayUmoney, Lazypay etc. Payment through credit card will attract an extra charge of 1-3% of the total amount.
- If any candidate is unable to make online payment then S/he can pay through e-challan.
- The e-challan shall be generated from the website and it needs to be paid by cash at any branch of State Bank of India.
- After the payment the transaction number is required to be mentioned online and then the whole process will be completed. Candidates should note that even in the case of e-challan the final submission of the application form must be done online.

If any candidate has entered incorrect information in the application form then it can be rectified through the form correction portal provided on the official website of NTA.
- NEET form correction window will be available by the third week of January and it will be available for around 15 days.
- The candidates can check the form and rectify the mistakes online.
- The details that can be edited includes all the personal details including photograph and signature.
- Candidates must be very careful while editing the form as the application once submitted cannot be edited again.

Question: Can I fill the application form offline?
Ans. No. The application form shall be filled by the candidate only on the official website through online mode.
Question: Can I make the payment for the application offline?
Ans. Yes. Offline payment can be made through e-challan by depositing the amount in any branch of SBI. However the final submission is to be made online.
Question: Can I fill a new application form if I made mistakes in the old form?
Ans. No. Multiple applications will be rejected and the candidate will not be allowed to take the exam. The candidates are advised to edit the application during the form correction period.
Question: My amount deducted from the bank account payment is pending. What should I do?
Ans. Any extra amount deducted from the account will be refunded automatically. However, if there is unusual delay you can contact the concerned bank.
Question: Should I send the hard copy of the application form to the NTA office?
Ans. No. There is no need to send any copy of the application as the entire process is online.
