MBBS admissions in Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi are done through NEET Counselling. Candidates securing more than NEET cut off are eligible for admission. The cut off list will be released by Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College after the declaration of NEET Results. It will contain minimum marks, opening and closing ranks for all categories.  

NEET 2017(National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is a national level entrance exam expected to be held on May 07, 2017. It is conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). Last year, Supreme court of India declared NEET 2017 to be the only entrance exam for MBBS and BDS course. It has replaced all the state level exams for MBBS and BDS admission in India.

Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi came into existence in 1968 with a noble idea in mind. It was established to provide medical care to poor people of Bundelkhand. The college offers undergraduate course of 4.5-year duration plus one year rotating internship. The MBBS Degree of this college is recognized by the MCI (Medical Council of India).
