NEET 2021 Application Form has been released online on July 13. While filling the NEET Application Form candidates will also be required to upload the documents like photographs, Signatures, etc based on the specification prescribed by NTA. For example, Class X Passing Certificate, Category certificate, etc needs to be uploaded in PDF format whereas signature and photos should be uploaded in JPG format. This year, NTA has decided to divide the application form into 2 phases, and in both phases candidates will be required to upload the documents as per the guidelines. Check NEET Exam Date 2021

NTA will also provide NEET 2021 form correction facility from August 8 to 12, 2021. During this time period, candidates can make changes in their personal details, change the exam city preferences, and can also upload the new photograph & signature
