The curriculum is good and for mbbs students it has all the necessary things like the facilities of lab museums and also the classroom well equipped As it is under rguhs university the exam levels are bit tough which is required for medical students

You'll start your clinical postings from 2nd year itself, hence getting an early exposure of different branches which will help you in choosing your desired branch clear. Mentor in the postings teach you the fundamental of examination and case history taking, which you'll apply in your practice. As patient load is high, you'll get hands on experience of examination, boosting your confidence. But mind you that the end posting clinical exam will be hard, they are gonna test your clinical skills (atleast the fundamentals) strictly.

The students have a lot of areas to explore and job opportunities after completing the course from KIMS. The students prepare for NEET PG exam which is also a competitive exam alike NEET UG for admissions in PG courses. A person can also give applications for Medical officer, fellowships and research programmes after MBBS in same college or outside it. The government of India also provided opportunities for MBBS graduates.I personally have decided to go for MO for a year after graduation, following NEET PG and opting for a suitable specialty to persue.

After completing 4 years, of course, we internship for one year which is compulsory in order to get a certificate for private practice as it is government medical college. After the internship, we can join any hospital or we can open our own clinic or we can join government jobs as duty doctor.

Everything is on one campus as of other medical colleges in Karnataka it’s a unique on the above point. not much negatives except their are nothing for food inside campus except canteeen and the hostel mess

No negative remarks college is excellent in acedemics nise teaching campus fine eco friendly campus students are excellent senior help you learn from yourmistake college have very big hospital around 2000 caoacity.

The college administration has got mixed reviews. There were scandals and bad events associated with our college. For instance, the "shootout incidence in 2007-08", "some muslim senior students involved in terrorism", "suicidal attempt by student" etc. were among the bad remarks I recall about our college and management.

Positive the college had good staff. Will equipped library to study and many books are available there but the infrastructure is old and the room at not properly ventilated. However I have a positive remark about the college.

Overall remarks is satisfactory. College campus related everything is ok. But hostel needs to be improved. College is very good for studying MBBS and MD. It has Very good campus. Neatness needs to be improved.
