TNMC Mumbai runs undergraduate degree courses of MBBS, B.P.Th, B.O.Th, B.A.S.L.P and Diploma course in Nursing. Those who wish to study any of the mentioned courses must do so by appearing for NEET UG. It is a national level eligibility cum entrance test conducted by CBSE.

- For Diploma in Nursing, candidates must score minimum 45% marks in PCB with English as a compulsory language subject.

Candidates who have a recognized postgraduate degree in MD/MD with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or provisional pass certificate or equivalent are eligible for admissions into super specialty courses.
