BIT Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

College is best among the other engineering colleges in bangalore which comes under VTU.

Placements are good but the campus is really small.

This college is very old and it looks like exactly the school building.The one advantage is that it’s located in the center of the city which has made many students travel easier.The time table of our college is very peace where none of the college in Bengaluru has.

Postive things like the teaching faculty is very good and with better infrastructure. With nice environment extra curricular activities are also encouraged. i doesn't get any negative points to mention here as I'm sure about my college facilities

Everything is quite peaceful if you wanna have a normal college life. If you into sports, no opportunity here. Placements, for now, are not that great for mechanical.

One negative remark what i felt is, our college is reservation based, i. e, it's a Gowda's college. So most of them are taking advantage of that reservation and most of the facilities and students join our institute based on this reservation.

in 2months they called more than 100 companies, and more 200 students got placed in good companies with higher package. they don't only motivate us rather they take placement classes also to improve our topics

The positive remark is the placement records of our college. It has been excellent over the past few years. The negative remark, in my personal opinion is, all the departments are being placed in the same building.

The college has good placements statistics for the C.S. branch but those of other branches are not really well. The infrastructure of the college is also not appealing. The entire course costs around 13 lakhs to the other state students. However, the CET students or the home state students enjoy a relatively low fees for the course which is around 7-8 lakhs.

As a student you seek to have good and highly qualified faculty in your college and my college is providing that. They support us in our interests it maybe research, sports, studies social activities. We have one of the best recruiting committee in our college which ensures all of them are recruited.
