PPO in BIT sindri

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year itself, students are eligible for PPO is a pre-placement offer by the tata steel company. And generally from 4th-year final placement. Many companies like Amazon, Samsung, Vedanta, tata steel, and many other big companies offer placement in our college. 200+ offers are provided by the company. The highest placement on campus is measured to be 33 lac per year and of campus 44 lacs LPA and an average of 6.5 lacs on campus. About 90+ percent of students are getting placed every year. My aim is to get a huge placement from the campus.

In the final year which is semester 7, the students are allowed to sit for the campus selection. The company for the core sector is Tata steel, Larson and Turbo, Adani, Aditya Birla Group have come, and many more. Last year 650 students were placed.

Best "Return on Investment"

Placement Experience:

From the end of the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Internship opportunities from campus drive are also available after the 4th semester. In the session 2021-22, approx 750+ offers were made. The highest package offered was 44lpa by amazon, which was given off-campus. However, Amazon also visited the campus with a 12lpa offer. The average package was approx. 6.5 LPA. Companies offered jobs in software development, analytics, consultancy and core domains. The overall placement was about 95%. Some of the prestigious companies which visited the campus were - Amazon, Samsung, Schlumberger, Delloite, TCS, Tata Steel, Vedanta, Yamaha Motors, Tech Mahindra, Aditya Birla Group, Adani Group, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, Tata Power, Tata Technologies, L&T, Snieder Electric and many more others.

Placement Experience:

Placement of bit sindri is very good. There is lots of company comes in our campus and provide good package to students. Recently a company provided two students 50 lakhs package. The average package is approximately 5 lakhs. In 7th semester, students are eligible for placement. Different companies including Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc are providing huge package.

BIT offers a 100 per cent placement and the highest package offered this year was 44 LPA from Amazon and 36 LPA from DE Shaw. The placements for core branches are superb. One can easily get placed here

Bit Sindri is a star.

Placement Experience:

2nd and 3rd years are for internship. You can apply for internships . The placement coordinator helps you out in this. Placements begin from the 7th semester onwards. In cse about 85 to 90 percent of students get placed in companies like Amazon, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, etc. In 2022 highest package is 44 LPA and avg is 10 LPA.

Best Government College in Jharkhand in terms of both campus life and placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE. This is the branch where max of students get placed. Here in my branch we have 45 students and there is a one to one interaction with the students because of low class strength. Here professors are well qualified with a good sence of friendliness.The quality of teaching is also very nice. We have 3 exams in 1 semester namely 1st mid sem, 2nd mid sem and end sem.More than 90% of students from all brances pass the exams.Syllabus is average and with proper hardwork it is easy to qualify these exams.

From 7th semester students are eligibile for campus placements. TCS , Hindustan uniliver, tata steel and many companies come for recruitment of students. ECE branch in bit sindri have 79% placement this year. I will sit for the placement process .

Bit Sindri Journey

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunity has increased. In our time around 40+ companies visited but this time there's a record placement. One boy got an offer from Google and people have bagged amazing packages from different multinational companies and dream slot companies. So in our time, there was a bit of struggle for placements but in today's time the placement scenario is totally changed after the college started taking admission through JEE MAINS

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
