BIT Sindri Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Through GATE exam and counselling first we have to clear gate exam then we have to fill the form of bit sindri then after 2 months a list is published and selected students calls for counselling and then we get the result.

Fee structure of this college is very low only 21k per year. Which i think is the +1 for this college. You can get engineering degree for very less amount. Negative thing is the placement ,placement of this college in not too good.

Overall the college is good in its education , fee structure, system. But there are some of the improvement which are necessary. Exam structures should be changed , more practical exams should be entertained rather than theoretical.

No overall my college is good according to fee structure and all infrastructure is good and developing in our new director guidance. Our collegeay grt NBA affiliation in recent year which is good in future of our college.

Our college is best for GATE aspirants ,CAT aspirants etc.Each year 3-4 students secure rank under 100 in gate examination.And many of them get PSUs call letter.Also CAT results of our college is much better than our college.Only one negative feedback is here that placement is not soo much good as it is to be here.But it is improving.In coming days placement scenario will also boost here.

BIT SINDRI is a good college and will hold its position firmly in the coming days. It had been among top rankers in its earlier days whenever we used to talk about the top engineering colleges in India. But due to certain ill-practices, it has lost its trust among students. But the sun's never down for long. Our highly respected and newly elected Director Prof. D.K. Singh is working day and night to return this prestigious institution to its former glory!.We've faced almost no ragging till now but there are many restrictions imposed on 1st year students which are not actually required ( I guess). Like we can't even roam in around the college campus, we've to take the much longer route to reach to our classrooms as compared to the 2nd, 3rd and final year students. Bags, belts, etc are not allowed. Access is denied through the main gate of the college campus and we are forced to use the back gate to enter or leave the college premises. 5 students share a room in hostels which sometimes is an issue for those students who are not familiar of living with these many people. But as time passes you'll enjoy it.

It's a great college, whose reputation detoriated in recent years, but it has now bounced back. Since 2016, BIT Sindri has achieved many great things. It is back on track and ready to be a leader once again. It is ranked 24th in India by outlook in 2018.

Positive aspects of the college is that it takes exam in every step so that the student graduating from here are ready to live , survive and conqure their dreams . Negative aspect of the college is that it doesn't provide good infrastructure facility and we'll equipped labs for research.

The college administration does not manage to use all the 400 acres of land. It must have to manage so that college looks goods. College is getting its own accreditation as last week the NBA team had arrived for inspection.

A negative aspect is that its not present in metro location and is mostly semi urban...So students do not get a lot of exposure and experience to big companies and miss on certain chances....A positive aspect is that this colleges leaves everything to students so students are made self dependent..
