CMRIT Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

As I had an interest in civil engineering field, i had chosen the same as my course. There are well experienced faculty for our branch.Our teaching quality is highly preferrable The teaching method is too good. We follow the VTU curriculum, which tries its best to update the syllabus. Apart from delivering the syllabys effectively, the college also encourages us to work on projects every semester as part of excellence where we apply our knowledge. We use to have three internals per semester each per month. The professors here are very approachable.

The good thing about this college is it contains a placement cell, which helps students in getting placed easily and it makes it pretty much easier for students to take an internship in different companies a nice exposure.

In CMR IT Placements training starts from very first semester itself. There will be different classes for Aptitude,LOgical reasoning,softskills and English language training. Students will be eligible for placements from the 7th semester. there 350+ companies visited the campus and more than 600 students have got offers. The highest package offered for civil was 20lpa and Average was 5lpa and Min was 3.5Lpa I'. trying for placements.

Placements are too good in the campus, this time we had a placement rate of 100% i e everyone were placed. The companies visited were TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Comviva, Wipro, Eurofins, Ellucian, PwC, Koch etc. Around 300-400 students were placed in these companies and the highest package offered was 10 lpa and the average package offered was 3-4 lpa. The profiles offered was software developer, programmer analyst, associate engineer, testing etc, There was 100% placement in the campus this year. I have been placed in cognizant as a full stack developer, i would like to continue with the same.

From 7th semester students become eligible for placements many companies have visited campus I mean there are not few I can name there are actually many and it's been just 2 months the very first compy was Deloitte, after that TCS, Infosys, HCL, Amazon, Koch, EY etc. You shouldn't have any backlogs other than the college itself won't let u sir for on campus placement.

My primary goal was to get a good degree and get a good job in the IT field. My kcet rank made me choose this college and I took information science ad engineering. The faculty-to-student ratio is decent and good. The professors in our college have doctorate degrees and teach us very well.CMRIT being a vtu college follows vtu curriculum. So we 3 internals and end exams which will be done by vtu.

From the 6th semester, all students who have more than 7.0 CGPA and cleared backlogs will be eligible in the college. The average package is around 3.5 lacks per annum and the highest salary offered is 29.5 lacks per annum. Around 90% of the students get placed and are all happy with their performance.

Computer courses are one of the most popular and sought-after courses for most engineering aspirants. A job in his field is highly technical and in high demand. This is what has motivated me to choose Information science and engineering. The faculty-student ratio is approximately 1:15. The teachers are very supportive. They were encouraging even during the pandemic situation. Assignments and quizzes are given to students to keep a regular check on them. Internal and external exams are held by the university. Apart from these exams programming tests and GATE pattern exams are also held. It is not very difficult to pass the university exams because the tests conducted by the college help the students prepare well. Hence the overall results are satisfying.

A good number of companies both service and product based visit our college every year. To name a few Companies, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, Deloitte, Dell Technologies, Wipro, Accenture, Juspay, Epicor, Koch and many more. The highest package was from Amazon with 25LPA and average salary starts from 3LPA. There is placement opportunity for all departments. From Starting of your 3rd sem students eligible for campus placements there are lot Big MNc companies that visit the campus like Amazon, Microsoft,Infosys, Wipro and Multi-National Companies from Korea,japan the highest package so far is 24lpa [engineering] 6 to 7 lpa [MCA] Average is 2lpa, After getting my degree I want a job in Product Based Company
