Faculty:

The overall faculty to student ratio is 1: 10 the students have a good relationship with the dept teachers,for those who are study geeks the college faculty still uses the traditional method of 75% attendance rule, while the teachers overall finish more than 50% of the syllabus for the semester exams.The IA exams are held by the college itself , while the ESE ie the end semester exams are held by the University of Mumbai

DBIT Mumbai will teach one daring!!

DBIT is DBIT as faculties here have ensured that students should be treated faur and square here. Exams papers are set by them only for internals as final semester papers are set by the university. So, in internals to get the good marks we dont have a chocie but to be in good books of the faculties.

Students didn't seem to fear the faculty

There are friendly relations between students and faculty because of being involved in different technical and cultural clubs. The curriculum is not difficult as its set to perfect standard that students can study without any issue if they want to get good marks

The faculty were supportive of us whenever we came across any doubts

Faculties are pretty friendly and supportive of anyone who's serious about learning something which will help them in their career as an engineer. The exams are divided in 3 that is IA1, IA2 and End-Sem. Average of first two is taken i.e 8 out of 20 and checked if the student has passed it or not. On failure they get a KT. In End sem, 32 is passing out of 80 which is complete written paper and the question paper is set by the Mumbai University.

the faculty to students ratio at dbit is abroximately 1:20 ensuring that professos can provide personal attention to students .faculty members are approachable and open to helping students with acedmitc doubts. some of the faculties members i admire include prof. nilesh sir , who specializes in artificial intelligence and has a knack for explaning complex algorithms with simple examples . The faculty at DBIT is approachable and supportive , maintaining a good 1:20 faculty to student ratio . while most professors focus on practical and theoretical knowledge a few rely too heavily on textbooks learning . the cource structure balances core IT topics and practicals labs but could include more industry-relevent skills like internship in emerging technologies. Exams include internal tests, end- semester exams, and practical evaluations , with a fair making system. though moderately challenging, cosistent preperation ensures good results ,with a low failure rate around 10-15% .

Supportive Faculty and Seniors gives friendly environment

College has 4 departments including Computer, Information Technology, EXTC, Mechanical Engineering. All departments have well qualified and high experienced faculties. Faculties provides detailed notes of every subject, Question bank and previous year question paper on college official website moodle.

So speaking about my faculty members, I have got the best faculty in my college. The teachers are highly educated, professional and yet friendly and supportive. I remember about one of my faculty member, he gives good internship opportunities and client projects to the skillfull and bright students. This bridges the gap of not having that much internship opportunities.

Where learning is the best.

The faculty is very supportive with students study and also have been very transparent. The best faculty was obviously of bmm. Bms and bmm had a clash through generations so yea even I felt thats bms are the competition. There are two exams held each year.
