Scholarship has been given by the ts government for fee reimbursement for the students as well as separate 5000 and nsp well given the 10k to merit students.
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education
Placements are good in campus, well infrastructure and good modies nature in campus, and course are cse, ce, mech, eee, it, ds, aiml, etc

Dislikes

Dislike the faculty of core department.they fail to provide the more information about subject
We have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
The mobile signal is dead in the campus, which is quite frustrating

life in griet college is unforgettable and memorable
i cannot forget the semiconductor lab and the faculty

dislike about our college is security guards at main gate

Placement Experience:

The placements in our griet college are done every year. the students who complete the 3rd year and without active backlog are eligible for the placement drive. Companies like Micron, TCS, Cognizant, Cap Gemini, and Wipro all will come to the placement drive. An average of 80% of students get places every year and others will take higher studies. The average package is 600000 and the highest in the college is 4200000 in the 2022 year batch.

The campus is so adorable with greenary filled with bushes
The library with wide variety of books, journals
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education

Dislikes

Placements have been reduced due to recession.
Difference in the branch in the enginnering
Should also include little physical games and clubs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I am presently pursuing is the electronics and communication branch in B.Tech. The course is a beautiful design with electronics and circuits. The faculties are also good and they help us to get a better understanding of the subject

Is okay with better placements.but facility to come to the College has very bad roads .but placements has excellent

Library has good number of titles has displayed in the block. Event's are very huge happened in every year . Faculty communication with the students .they will teach how to survive the life in btech only .good infrastructure classroom ,

Canteen food that has too low rating and very high price compare to the outside

Placements are very excellent . average placements has 35000 per annum . highest package has 17 LPA . Most of the students are placed in college placements only .from 3-2 semester placements are ongoing. Accenture,TCS , Capgemini, Deloitte, Qualcomm etc Percentage of students getting placements has 87%

I doesn't like admission process because there is a reservation

The things I liked in GOKARAJU RANGARAJU INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY are library, games ,fest, play ground.

Placement Experience:

Now I am in 4-1 sem, But till now we have not got any companies for placements. But training has been started from 2-2 sem. The starting package is 350000. And the highest package is 470000. I want to do a government job after my degree.

From 4th year, students are ready to take placements. Popular companies like TCS, Accenture, CapGemini, Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon. etc. offers placements to the students. Highest package is around 44 lpa and the minimum is 3.5 lpa. Around 70% get placed in placements.

The eligibility for the campus placements of the students at the end of 3-2 and starts in 4-1 TCS, Accenture micron and others were visited as of now this year but more than 23 to 28 companies are visiting and giving offers to our campus. the highest package last year is 42,00,000 and the average package is 6,00,000 75 to 86 % will be placed in the companies every year. And others will get into higher studies. I want to get a placement in college only

GRIET Hyderabad has been ranked 172 in the Engineering category in NIRF by MHRD. College regularly organises FDP for the students of different departments to provide them with better knowledge. GRIET also provides consultancy to the Government and industries through R & D centres. The faculties are highly educated with good academic backgrounds.

Courses:

GRIET offers B.Tech in degree Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), computer science & Business system and CSE.
M.Tech degree is offered in design for manufacturing, power electronics, VLSI, Computer science & engineering, structural engineering and data science.

Admissions:

70% of the seats in B.Tech are allotted on merit basis while remaining seats are allotted to the management/NRI candidates.
Admission is given to any Engineering college in Andhra Pradesh through a common entrance test (EAMCET). Tuition fees for 1 year of B.Tech programme are 1.22 lakhs.
For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid score of GATE or PGECET.
Total tuition fees for the M.Tech programme is 1.14 lakh.

Infrastructure:

GRIET campus comprises a huge library, laboratories, water plant, solar water plant, canteen, classrooms and sports area. Computer labs are equipped with highly advanced software.

Placements:

The previous year, a total of 834 students from all the departments got placement from the college.
More than 100 students were placed with CTC above 6 lakh.
Famous companies which recruited the students of GRIET were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, CISCO, Byju’s and many more. Highest salary package received by the students of GRIET was 41.6 lakh.

Many events are organised at the college like Spirals, Spices, X-Kernel, Quizzicals, Rhythms, Pragnya, PULSE, etc. GRIET has organised Hackathon Competition in association with Technology & innovation cell to inculcate the values of innovations and to promote technological advances. There are also various clubs that students can take part in like Gaming Club, and Robotic club.
