Scholarship has been given by the ts government for fee reimbursement for the students as well as separate 5000 and nsp well given the 10k to merit students.
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education
Placements are good in campus, well infrastructure and good modies nature in campus, and course are cse, ce, mech, eee, it, ds, aiml, etc

Dislikes

Dislike the faculty of core department.they fail to provide the more information about subject
We have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
The mobile signal is dead in the campus, which is quite frustrating

GRIET:THE AMAZING PHASE OF A STUDENT LIFE

Likes

The campus architecture and the atmosphere of college.
Place where college is located on the top of mountain.

Dislikes

The rules of the college are somewhat strict.
The dress code for girls is not acceptable.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are good and anyone can get the minimum average package in the college. from 3rd yr 2nd semester, students are eligible for campus placements.tcs, Accenture, Capgemini, cognizant and many more companies offer food packages into our college. I would like to get my campus placements.

The great place to explore new things

The environment where we get to explore different things
Clubs where we can improve skills and make new friends
Faculty helps us to improve knowledge and the way to reach our goal

Dislikes

The rules are little but strict, and we have different canteen for boys and girls
We shouldn't use the phone of the security saw us they will take

So many companies visit griet in these placements drive, and they will help us to get the job, Tcs, Accenture, veristz, interative brokers, macron and soo many This helps everyone to get the opportunity I thought taking matters into marketing

Griet college review

Likes

My overall experience in griet is happy and sad moderate in both.

Dislikes

I think there is no dislike about college but only one is reservation

Placement Experience:

The placement is done every year my senior said that they are placed in cognizant in Pune and Accenture in Jaipur. The average package is 550000 and the highest package is 3800000. Almost 80 percent are placed last year. Offers came from TCS and Amazon for 1 Student.

Amazing college life

Likes

College environment and library is so spacious.
The place where college is located is so beautiful.
The greens and the architecture is no nice

Dislikes

Some of the rules from the college are not good.
The fact that we cannot use phone in college.
The dressing sense for girls where no western dress is allowed.

Placement Experience:

From the 4th year starting onwards students are eligible for campus placements presently 10 companies are visited they are all product based companies they offer 10 to 16 lakhs package percentage criteria depends upon the company.

GRIET Review

Likes

The college campus is good and faculty are supportive.
The library has many books which are useful.
The teaching of highly skilled faculty was good.

Dislikes

There will be no coordination between Training and placement cell and HODs of department.
There is no encouragment from college side for extracurricular.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had got a seat in ECE. The course was good and student to faculty ratio was also good. The teaching was good and the faculty were also very cooperative. They help with doubts clearing. The exams are conducted every 6 months and it was not so difficult to pass the exams.

Life of GRIET

Likes

NSS club which enables the stdents to contribute to society and government students
Infrastructure of college which has separate blocks for almost each department and class rooms provide the good ventilation

Placement Experience:

The students can appear for placements in 4 years 1 semester but the eligibility criteria depend on the company which is recruiting In our college the package starts from 3.5 lpa which is from tcs company and we have companies like Micron, and Accenture, cognizant, IBM etc average package is 5 LPA.

Library of the College is spacious and Peaceful.
The playground is clean and we have Indoor sports

Dislikes

CC cameras aren't present in campus at all

Placement Experience:

TCS with the role of the developer in the company as an intern with a stipend of 6099 per month for seven months. Cognizant also offered the internship for the roles of developer and tester with a stipend of 5000 per month, in the software fields and some other companies were offered the internships.

GRIET Hyderabad has been ranked 172 in the Engineering category in NIRF by MHRD. College regularly organises FDP for the students of different departments to provide them with better knowledge. GRIET also provides consultancy to the Government and industries through R & D centres. The faculties are highly educated with good academic backgrounds.

Courses:

GRIET offers B.Tech in degree Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), computer science & Business system and CSE.
M.Tech degree is offered in design for manufacturing, power electronics, VLSI, Computer science & engineering, structural engineering and data science.

Admissions:

70% of the seats in B.Tech are allotted on merit basis while remaining seats are allotted to the management/NRI candidates.
Admission is given to any Engineering college in Andhra Pradesh through a common entrance test (EAMCET). Tuition fees for 1 year of B.Tech programme are 1.22 lakhs.
For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid score of GATE or PGECET.
Total tuition fees for the M.Tech programme is 1.14 lakh.

Infrastructure:

GRIET campus comprises a huge library, laboratories, water plant, solar water plant, canteen, classrooms and sports area. Computer labs are equipped with highly advanced software.

Placements:

The previous year, a total of 834 students from all the departments got placement from the college.
More than 100 students were placed with CTC above 6 lakh.
Famous companies which recruited the students of GRIET were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, CISCO, Byju’s and many more. Highest salary package received by the students of GRIET was 41.6 lakh.

Many events are organised at the college like Spirals, Spices, X-Kernel, Quizzicals, Rhythms, Pragnya, PULSE, etc. GRIET has organised Hackathon Competition in association with Technology & innovation cell to inculcate the values of innovations and to promote technological advances. There are also various clubs that students can take part in like Gaming Club, and Robotic club.
