Scholarship has been given by the ts government for fee reimbursement for the students as well as separate 5000 and nsp well given the 10k to merit students.
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education
Placements are good in campus, well infrastructure and good modies nature in campus, and course are cse, ce, mech, eee, it, ds, aiml, etc

Dislikes

Dislike the faculty of core department.they fail to provide the more information about subject
We have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
The mobile signal is dead in the campus, which is quite frustrating

INTERNSHIPS FOR OUR WELL ENGINEERS

Likes

infrastructure of the college and nature of the college its so peace in the college surroundings
there is all sports in the college and college provides the spacious ground

Dislikes

there is lot of problem to go to college we have to climb and walk about 500 meters from main gate
if there is any lab in another block building we have to walk its too long for students

There are the college placements in the college in our college different different companies are providing placements for students and students also grabing more placements upto now there is 50,00,000 packages are came

Placement Experience:

As per now according to the schedule, a student will be eligible for placements at 3rd year 1st year of student. Frequently approaching companies are infosys, jb morgan, google, amazon, and some other companies. Percentage of students getting placed as per last year's is averagely 87%. After getting degree currently I am planning to get some internships payed or not and aiming to get placements offered by companies approached in college

Good teaching process and facu6are friendly with students
No partiality is shown between the students like all are equal
Best infrastructure is built and the college environment looks good

Dislikes

Too low number of events or programs are there in the year
No much priority is given to the sports . Gives only 2 hrs a week
No bus facility is given to the day-scholer students

Likes

Anti ragging team to avoid ragging among students
Our campus has eco friendly environment every student will adjust to this environment
The syllabus was designed according to the students capability

Our college hostel has very less capacity

75 percentage of students are getting placed. The average package is 4 lakhs and the highest package is 40 lakhs.placements are provided by the college only.companies visited to our college are TCS, Accenture,ibm,tech mahindra.students who are completed 3rd year 2nd semester they are eligible for placements

The campus atmosphere is good. The greeness around feels you fresh and motivated. The environment is so good that it will give positive wibes around.
The placement team is very good and the training is also good. They will be starting training for you from 2-2 itself for catching the internship at end of 2-2.
The boys to girls ratio is 2:1. Not exactly but approximately.

Dislikes

The strictness in attending events and the particularness in maintaining minimum 75 percent attendance.
Some faculty are very good and experienced but some are not up to the mark. The are just taken staff and can't teach upto the mark
Maintaining 75 percent attendance and quality of social interactions is not good.

Placement Experience:

From 2-2 itself the companies come for internships and students actively participate in that. According to placement our clg is very good. Google offered 51 LPA in this year Amazon offered 44 LPA in this year. These are the highest packages I know.

I like the nature of south education system.
The weather of my college are is good and interesting.
Faculty at my college are good and experienced.

Dislikes

They provide rice maximum times which is boring to eat it every time.
My college name is to ugly and irritates me a lot when ever my tell my college name to my relatives or parents.
My college is on some height so climbing it everyday by walk makes me tierd.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semesters students are suppose to sit in an placement.In my college many big companies are visited to take placements like Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Tata, etc. HIghest package offered in my college is 44lpa, and lowest is 4 to 5lpa.The average of the colleges package is approx 7-8lpa.The percentage of students getting placements is approx 99%.My plans after degree is do a high salary job in famous company and after that building my own business.

Sports and auditorium events canteen and classrooms

Canteen was very suffocated and need to improve that

After completing the 3.1 semester u can eligible for campus placement. Amazon Google Capgemini tcs Qualcomm tech Mahindra so many companies will come to college to allot placements for students highest package is about 50 LPA there no percentage consider for placement minimum percentage can also get a placement if you're good at skills and technology my plan is to get a government job because I am a electrical student

I specially like the college in sports like all games indoor and outdoor
I also feel good in case of college faculty and teachers
It seems very better compared to other colleges in aspects of academic and education facilities

Dislikes

The geographical location of college... It is so far from centre of the city..
Low transportation facilities: I think a bus should be provided for students as the classroom is 1km from entrance..
Bad timings: 10 am is the college opening. It makes a student lazy...

Placement Experience:

My college stands 5th or 6th place in the state in matter of placements... The companies visit: 1) TATA consultancy services 2) microsoft 3) dmart 4) Infosys 5) and some other so many companies... Package: Highest package is 70 Lpa Average package is 7.5Lpa Nearly 70%of the students get placement every year ..

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is the latest technology and the course of the Hyderabad and everyone is trying to get the seat in this course The frequency and timing of exams along with your perspective on their difficulty level is not at all bad nothing is bad in this college

Play ground and sitting under the trees 🌴
Canteen and the staircases near it make a good vibe
Garden near the blocks where it contain beautiful grass

Dislikes

Security is more strict and it is impossible to get out from college
Canteen prices are bit high but they provide a good service
The record books are need to submit in time if not the marks will be deducted

Placement Experience:

If we talk about the placements we have a decent placements nearly till now 200 members are placed in a good companies .we have the highest package of 44 lac per annum and the average salary is maintained like 8 lac per annum .the training the faculty provide can make u a success in the outgoing any course and u can build a confidence to crack any exam other than the software like any govt jobs and there u can lead it

GRIET Hyderabad has been ranked 172 in the Engineering category in NIRF by MHRD. College regularly organises FDP for the students of different departments to provide them with better knowledge. GRIET also provides consultancy to the Government and industries through R & D centres. The faculties are highly educated with good academic backgrounds.

Courses:

GRIET offers B.Tech in degree Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), computer science & Business system and CSE.
M.Tech degree is offered in design for manufacturing, power electronics, VLSI, Computer science & engineering, structural engineering and data science.

Admissions:

70% of the seats in B.Tech are allotted on merit basis while remaining seats are allotted to the management/NRI candidates.
Admission is given to any Engineering college in Andhra Pradesh through a common entrance test (EAMCET). Tuition fees for 1 year of B.Tech programme are 1.22 lakhs.
For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid score of GATE or PGECET.
Total tuition fees for the M.Tech programme is 1.14 lakh.

Infrastructure:

GRIET campus comprises a huge library, laboratories, water plant, solar water plant, canteen, classrooms and sports area. Computer labs are equipped with highly advanced software.

Placements:

The previous year, a total of 834 students from all the departments got placement from the college.
More than 100 students were placed with CTC above 6 lakh.
Famous companies which recruited the students of GRIET were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, CISCO, Byju’s and many more. Highest salary package received by the students of GRIET was 41.6 lakh.

Many events are organised at the college like Spirals, Spices, X-Kernel, Quizzicals, Rhythms, Pragnya, PULSE, etc. GRIET has organised Hackathon Competition in association with Technology & innovation cell to inculcate the values of innovations and to promote technological advances. There are also various clubs that students can take part in like Gaming Club, and Robotic club.
