Scholarship has been given by the ts government for fee reimbursement for the students as well as separate 5000 and nsp well given the 10k to merit students.
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education
Placements are good in campus, well infrastructure and good modies nature in campus, and course are cse, ce, mech, eee, it, ds, aiml, etc

Dislikes

Dislike the faculty of core department.they fail to provide the more information about subject
We have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
The mobile signal is dead in the campus, which is quite frustrating

This college has good infrastructure and management and their is a quality of education here.
The faculty have good subject knowledge and they can express their thoughts with the students clearly and clarify the doubts of the students and helps students to gain knowledge.
This college provides good training for placements and they help students to secure high placements.College management takes alot of care for students placements from the first year itself for better results.

Dislikes

This college has to improve in terms of providing practical knowledge to the students.To help the students to think out of the box.
This college has to improve the timings of the college by increasing little more to help the students to attend a class more.
The strength of the branch should be decreased in order to give quality of education to students by placing less number of students in each class which makes teachers to concentrate on students more.

Placement Experience:

Gokaraju Rangaraju college has good placements because they give training for placements since second year and alot of companies do visit frequently for placements. Generally placements starts from sixth semister which means placements starts from the end of third year.Many top IT companies such as Google,Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys,etc do visit every year and many offers are made. Now the highest placement for this acedamic year is 5400000 per annum. The average package of the placement is 700000 per annum. Every yearly nearly 80 percentage of students get placed from the college.I want to get one of best placement from the college and development new language.

We have supportive faculty.they can help us
College environment was peaceful and green
Fests and events including technical and non technical

Dislikes

It's difficult to walk from gate to classes
No campus hostel for boys stay is difficult
Not every faculty was good but there are also some bad faculty

In our campus the students can get placed in 3rd year .and they can get stiphend from college as working as lab interns. Many companies like cisco, Amazon,Infosys,etc... are visited this college The highest package ranges from 34-40 lpa Most of the students got placed with very good packages. I am looking for a job itself as I need to improve my family's financial condition Most of the students are getting placed

infrastructure : our college has nearly 25 acres of beautiful infrastructure with all labs and classes.
faculty : we have experienced faculty and they teaches using different teaching methods.
timings : we have good timings which avoid ragging i.e different timings (start, end) for seniors and juniors.

Dislikes

strictness : the college management restricts in everything.
extra curricular activities: we have but only limited.
Hostel facility: we do not have boys hostel.

Placement Experience:

Literally we have good no.of placements and good avg package. I came to know this information from my seniors. Some of companies visited our college that I know are : TCS ,google, microsoft, amazon and some other companies. Highest package of 2023 is 40 LPA Avg package is around 6 LPA.

I like in this college is about lab and laptops. There are good quality laptops in this college
Grounds and sports facilities are nice. They attend us to play sports every week with separate timetable for
College infrastructure, Is so good that it can bear about 5000 students every year

Dislikes

Things that dislike is, there is no proper internet connection and signal in this college. This is the problem I am facing daily.
Hygiene in the canteen is not nice. Here. Less chips are very less air in
In our college there is no fests and events there are only limited events

Placement Experience:

College says it will provide 90% placements at highest package is 45 lakhs. Average package is 45 lakhs there are good profiles in LinkedIn after getting degree degree. There is a value companies visited and made offers. I am still first year, so I know this much till now

The things I like about this college are infrastructure, and decent sporting facilities

Dislikes

The things I disliked are the sports facilities need improvement especially the football ground

The placements in my college are really nice and they even offer internships and they provide a good alumni.there is no need to think about unemployment and the college gurantees placements a for people who maintan decent cgpa

Inside the college

Likes

The atmosphere of the college is very pleasant and very calm. We have all types of books in our college library including all computer languages. And ragginig is prohibited in our college. The infrastructure is good in our college . Everything is ok.
The support coming from the teachers is exceptionally good. They all are giving all their support to the students regarding studies and other activities. All types of food are provided in the canteen. Digital learning is executed in all classes is ok
There is a vast area for parking all the bikes and cars. And the nature in the college is also good. Digital learning is ensured in every class. The interaction with seniors is a also positive thing in the college it will help in exploring college.

Dislikes

There is no other cultural activities in the college. They will always say to study and there no entertainment purposes in the college. And there is very much less time for playing games that is a major dislike i had about my college. It is bad.
Some faculty of the college are biased. Like they will gives marks on seeing the faces. They will give full marks for the students whom they like and give less marks to the students to whom they don't like. It is very bad about the faculty. not all.
The behavior of the watchman in the college is very bad. They will feel like it is their own college and they will stop us while we are going to somewhere in the leisure periods that is so rude from them. That is not good.

Placement Experience:

The chance of getting placed in top companies in our college are very high. There is a separate faculty for training and placement. They will guide us to getting placed. They will mainly focus on teaching programming which is the key aspect to selected for placement and training. When coming to the packages the highest package in our college is 48 lakhs per annum and the average package a student can get is about to 6-7lakhs per annum. About 80% of the students can be get placed in the campus placements. For getting placed invthe placements we should follow the faculty guidelines.

Infrastructure is very good and every lecture all explains very good nice infrastructure is very nice canteen facilities good with hygiene food facilities
There is no provides good internet connection and has every lab with neat and clean
Many are good students got rank for this college and obtained computer science I too opted computer science engineering

Dislikes

There is no hostel in this college so we have to stay outside the college in PGS and should stay
Sports are not good enough there should be modified sports and new facilities
Internet connection is not good enough in this area it's on the mountain top various career to come from different series

Placement Experience:

College is offering about 90% placement there showing 90% placement by I don't know clearly what about this means because I am in still first year I should explore more and talk to lecturers and seniors to know this more I think they will provide a placements for more than average students till now

The college looks good. Canteen is affordable.
The college has a good reputation in the society
Teachers and students are discipline ,good.

Dislikes

The college is old .It looks good but old
Infrastructure needs to be improved and taken care of.
Few teachers are disappointing and they are not to be here

Placement Experience:

The Placements are pretty good for c.S e related branches , but mechanical and civil branches don't have proper placements. The average package is good.The highest package is good. Intensifts are also offered in this college.

The faculty in my college are very friendly and you can ask any doubts freely .
There are many technical events conducted through out the year.you can participate and gain knowledge.
In my college ragging is prohibited.our college seniors are so friendly

Dislikes

It is very far from jntu metro station.students who are far they can't come to college on time.
There is no freshers party for first year students.
You have to study and write hard to survive in the college.

Placement Experience:

As I told that our college has a big and good alumni network so that it can pull out decent placements in this recession time also. It sets the record of high package in our state .many MNCs visited and recruiting our college students.in my college approx 80% students got placed.I planned to crack the gate after my graduation.

GRIET Hyderabad has been ranked 172 in the Engineering category in NIRF by MHRD. College regularly organises FDP for the students of different departments to provide them with better knowledge. GRIET also provides consultancy to the Government and industries through R & D centres. The faculties are highly educated with good academic backgrounds.

Courses:

GRIET offers B.Tech in degree Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), computer science & Business system and CSE.
M.Tech degree is offered in design for manufacturing, power electronics, VLSI, Computer science & engineering, structural engineering and data science.

Admissions:

70% of the seats in B.Tech are allotted on merit basis while remaining seats are allotted to the management/NRI candidates.
Admission is given to any Engineering college in Andhra Pradesh through a common entrance test (EAMCET). Tuition fees for 1 year of B.Tech programme are 1.22 lakhs.
For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid score of GATE or PGECET.
Total tuition fees for the M.Tech programme is 1.14 lakh.

Infrastructure:

GRIET campus comprises a huge library, laboratories, water plant, solar water plant, canteen, classrooms and sports area. Computer labs are equipped with highly advanced software.

Placements:

The previous year, a total of 834 students from all the departments got placement from the college.
More than 100 students were placed with CTC above 6 lakh.
Famous companies which recruited the students of GRIET were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, CISCO, Byju’s and many more. Highest salary package received by the students of GRIET was 41.6 lakh.

Many events are organised at the college like Spirals, Spices, X-Kernel, Quizzicals, Rhythms, Pragnya, PULSE, etc. GRIET has organised Hackathon Competition in association with Technology & innovation cell to inculcate the values of innovations and to promote technological advances.
