The faculty to student ratio is quite good teachers are very helpful and approachable, quite impressive and faculty are very well qualified ,all are almost all are phd holders .
A good facility of wifi, superb faculty ,excellent support from the management
Campus employment opportunity is good and college also provides various opportunities to gain scholarships for there course in every year.

Dislikes

For scholarship you have to apply but for general cast it is difficult.
Placement of this year is very worst only few studies placeds.
College lift facility is not so good not well maintenance conditions is also not well maintained

I don't like the transportation facility
I don't like the timing is our college which is 9 to 5

The course is semesterwise and the course is of 4 years the faculty ratio is 70:1 and all faculty are masters and PhD holder in there respective subject the term exam are held 2 time in 1 sem and they are not so much difficult

The Truth about IMS Engineering College

Likes

I liked the teachers as they are really giving their best .
And next would definitely be the activities .
And the playground is quite large and can accommodate public.

Dislikes

Obviously the placements ,as we now being in 2nd year are completely pissed off .
The campus is too short . It just begins and its over .
The management of the college is good but sometimes they are too rude

Placement Experience:

Placements were good before covid ,now it's quite normal . Only few students are getting placed over the year . And also it's because of recession that's prevailing since then . But , obviously once the conditions are better ,we are hoping for something new.

I don't like the parking facility and the guards
I don't like the hods of any department because they are very much strict
I dont like the timing of our college which is 9 to 5 like a job

My reviews on IMS Engineering College

Likes

Sports fest are the fests that I really like and our college ground is also very big as compared to others.
Hostel is in college campus which is really beneficial.DJ night is also organised for hostellers.

Dislikes

Placement rate is not so high here .Not many good company visit here.
Boys are allowed to walk in ground till 11 pm while girls are not allowed to walk in ground after 9 pm.
The technical clubs are not that beneficial, active and attractive .

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are some companies that visited every year like Mahindra tech and TCS.Highest package was of 50000 which was off campus.Average package was of 70000 . After the degree I am looking for a good package job .

The course curriculum is good I don't say it's best but it is good in term of teaching but it provide us only theoretical knowledge not practical knowledge The faculty student ratio is not good every class has 70 students and 1 teachers This thing sometimes feels like coaching.

The faculty of 1st year are very good and supportive they help every students and make every students that even a below average can pass the exam but the faculty of 2nd and 3rd year are not so much good all faculty are having masters degree in their respective subjects only some are having phd

IMSEC- worst college decision

Likes

Teacher to students interaction is good and they are very friendly.tgere nature is good towards students
Teachers treat you like there children and take your care
Academic is good in our college and 1st year was good in academics

Dislikes

Infrastructure is bad in this college as there are only 3 buildings
Placements is so bad,only mass recruitment companies came here
Campus Life is even worst and there is no curriculum activities

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are there but mostly by mass recruitment companies like TCS and Wipro . highest package ever made by my college is 40 lac in year 2019 Since then there is no package is even close My college was better when it was started but it has not fullfill it's need to grow more . 30% students are placed in my college I decide to go for off placement

IMSEC - college to ruin your precious 4 years of life.

Likes

Faculty other than IT branch is good. First year faculty is also good.
In terms of Academics , the college is good , they provide notes ,question bank, etc for help.
Hostel Life is good , everyone should opt for hostel in first year atleast.

Dislikes

Campus life sucks , it really sucks , no active clubs , no fest , gender ratio sucks , peer group sucks.
Attendance criteria sucks , we have to maintain atleast 60-65% attendance in such a bad environment.
Maximum people here are mentally unstable , including faculty , students , staff. If you are from convent school , its rare to find good friends with good family background.

Placement Experience:

The average package of the college is 4-5 lacs .... no product based companies come to this college ... TCS is a big thing for this college ... Mainly mass recruiters like TCS , Infosys , Accenture .. come in campus (which is also rare) And the new startups offering

IMS Engineering College offers a decent Biotechnology B.Tech program with good basic infrastructure and supportive faculty. The department has well-maintained labs for microbiology and Bioprocess, providing essential practical exposure, though not at an advanced research level. The campus includes classrooms, library and Wi-Fi creating a comfortable academic. Faculty members are experienced and helpful in guiding students in studies and projects. So all-over it is a good place to get admissiom.

B.Tech Biotechnology at IMS Engineering College, affiliated with Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, provides a good academic foundation in biotechnology subjects. The college has supportive faculty and very laboratory facilities. However, the main focus are on improving placement opportunities and providing more internships in biotech industries and research labs, as practical exposure is very important for biotechnology students. Ims engineering college is a renowned college in the region and provides quality education. The infrastructure is also at par and the locality has good connectivity to nearest noida hub. The placement is also great with respect to other institutions and many companies come in every placement season. The faculty is very helpful and really help the students score good and get good ranks at university level.
