Likes
- There are many things I liked. The educations system is so good . So good infrastructure . It has reached BITS PILANI LEVEL as said by our owner sir prof Satyajeet Chakraborty also known as Alex Chakraborty . The basketball court is alos lit .
- We also liked varioud projects been made by us and our teachers together . They helped us in all aspect . The canteen is also good . There are ac in many rooms and the other rooms will also get soon hopefully .
- Teachers help us a lot in academics and clear our doubts . The question paper level is moderate . The teaching pattern is lucid and very easy . Students are bright and teachers are IIT faculty who are greatly experienced.
Dislikes
- I don't like the uniform which has been given by our college . It gives us a vibe about we are in school . Many other college students mock us for this and this can be changed . It would be better and the uniforms are long and thick .
- The infrastructure although good is not of the level os IIT and NITs . It can be made way more better and it is being made way more better by our sir prof Satyajeet Chakraborty also known as Sir Alex Chakraborty .
- We also don't have a large play ground where we can play football . We have to play in nearby turf which costs us money . Hopefully this issues will be resolved in the future which will make our college the best .
Placement Experience:
There is a 100% placement record in our college . The average placement is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annum . Our college prepares us for industries and placemnents in a very dilligent manner . Our college is among the best in terms of placement .

- Punctuality is another aspect of this college
- Quality of faculty is one thing to be appreciated
Dislikes
- No social life offered in this college due to unnecessary rules and regulations being imposed on students
- Campus is one thing that should be looked after..no field for sports available
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is to the point and concise . A number of extra subjects are being taught like Essential studies for professional which includes topics like quant , aptitude which helps in clearing different exams.

- Professors are helpful. Discipline is compulsory.
Dislikes
- Small campus. College uniform is must even you have to visit the library.
Placement Experience:
Placement is quite good. They offer numerous offers. There are few companies like Oracle, AP Moller Marsk, Adobe etc which give 15lpa+ package. Otherwise mainly the placement lies between 5-10 lpa. So many mass recruiter also comes like TCS,Infosys, Wipro etc.

- The college library provides a perfect ambience to study peacefully and also provides lots of resources to study from
Dislikes
- The canteen of college is not upto the mark.
- The seating arrangement in classes is very poor.
- Students have to wear uniform to go to college.
Placement Experience:
The placements offered by my college is very good compared to other private colleges in Kolkata.The average package is around 5 lakh per annum and highest package as of previous year is 20 lakhs per annum.

- Study Environment and labs are well maintained
- Professors are really helpful and their behaviour is really commendable
- The inclusion of Entrepreneurship in the course syllabus
Dislikes
- Campus size is too small since it is located in sector V
- There is too much restriction in college campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course outcome is totally worth it. I am doing Computer Science and specialisation in Artificial intelligence so the course syllabus is really up to date and it's really good for students to not only learn coding but also management skills, entrepreneurship skills

- I absolutely love their way of teaching, not only do they teach main course subjects but also provides thorough guidance for aptitude subjects. And thus they prepare you for both placement aptitude round and other competitive exams.
- No doubt IEM is one of the best college in terms of placement. They prepare the candidates with their full efforts and there is no discrimination. They provide almost equal effort for each and every student.
- There is absolutely no scene of ragging. Everyone is under strict supervision so there is no such thing like ragging in IEM. And everyone cooperates well.
Dislikes
- They make you buy books( only for first year). Like they would literally almost force you. But the money for the books are too high. You can get them online at a much lower price. This system was recently started from 2023 batch.
- A bit too strict on terms of attendance. But you won't regret it after you get placed.
Placement Experience:
After completion of 4th semester they start preparing the students for placement. They provide placement classes during which students are trained to sit in their placements. Well recognised companies come such as Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, SAP labs etc.
The package varies from time to time. But average package is 4-7LPA. A well amount of students get placed. IEM is well recognised for its placement opportunities.

- The college has elevator system . It has total 3 campuses .
- The infrastructure is good. MNCs come for recruiting students
- Professors maintain professionalism and teach with utmost care
Dislikes
- The college is very strict, not allowed to cheat during exams
- Everyday uniform is must, no entry in labs without lab coats
- Formal black shoes and tie are necessary to wear
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester students become eligible for placements. Oracle, infosys, IBM, TCS companies like this come to the college for recruitment. Highest package is above 40LPA. Almost 90% students get placed.

- This college is bery good and initiative, it has good teaching and supports you for your future.
- Faculty members are very helping, even the teaching process in this college is also very good.
- It has quite a few events with studies which is I guess fine to balance a student lifestyle
Dislikes
- Don't have games period anymore, before we had games period.
- Can't enter college after 9:15, even if its 9:16 you are late, any convenience is not considered.
- There only 2 lifts which is not enough by looking at the number of students who have their classes in 5fh floor.
Placement Experience:
Placements of our campus is pretty decent, companirs like amazon comes to hire stidents from our college, students get placements accoridng totheir specialization i.e. HR, Marketing or Finance. Even the college prepares you for the interview sessions.

- This college is best for maintaining their discipline. In kolkata there is no college I guess who are focused in maintaining their proper uniform.
- There is a proper time which has to be maintained by every student who are studying in this college. From 9a.m. to 4p.m.
- The behavior of all the professor's.
Dislikes
- The rule they have made that if the students want to go out during tiffin break they have show their I'd card,
Course Curriculum Overview:
This course will help the students who are interested in mba for higher studies. This course is not best but if the students wants to do a business or job they can learn the basics. If the students are doing bba they will be able to know that which specialization is best for them . Suppose I am thinking that marketing is best for me and after studying bba I am knowing that no finance is best for me so,I am becoming clear which is best on this basis I can select my mba specialization.

- I dislike the timing of the college. They are very focused into academics rather than the co curricular activities
Course Curriculum Overview:
The future prospects to get a job . The curriculum helps us gain knowledge about the real life problem of the corporate. To start teaching the core subjects from the first year . The frequency of exam is very high but the level of exam is moderate.
