There is also a scholarship scheme for economically backward sections which gives them huge fees grace and great benefits so that no person who is capable of learning can be left behind
Faculty and staff are very good. annual fests amd all are very well, teachers and staff are very supportive and also best roi in all ipu colleges.
The aveage package is around 8 lac per annum .lots of compaines come for the placements and offer a nice package ,in fact this year goggle is also come for hiring and offer a nice package.

Dislikes

Campus life is not that great because it has very poor canteen.
Sports and extracurricular is very poor the college has only one ground and most of the time students are not allowed to play there.
Canteen is very bad and ambience is also not good of canteen.

Short and informative.

Likes

Professors are cooperative you can approach them any time and clear your doubts.
There are sessions where professionals from outside visit our college and help the students to understand every field, that is how the students can grow in tech and various other fields.
There are many societies in the college. They are responsible for the cultural activities, organising hackathons,etc.

Dislikes

Not that good placement opportunities but at that rank you can't get better than this.
As students we all are having a dream that the college we will be going will have a huge college campus where we can roam with our friends and chill out but here it is nothing like that. The college campus is very small.
Sometimes the college become very strict and you will be like whether have you taken in admission in school or what.

Placement Experience:

I think in 3rd year students are getting internships of their own and with some experience they can sit for placements in the 4th year which is a very crucial year. Companies which visit our college are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, cred, etc. But you can work on your skills which is very important and can opt for off-campus placements. Almost 60% students are placed every year.

Maharaja surajmal institute of technology, advantages and disadvantages why you should prefer this college

Likes

Faculty here are very good they always helps you and provide all the study material in the group and also upload notes on time
Attandance criteria here is not an issue you will able to give exam at even 50 % attandance
The library of surajmal is full of different types of books are are available for each student

Dislikes

Canteen is too small with limited menu in canteen
The auditoriums is not that big and most of the time ac doesn't work
There is restriction on students to just roam around the college campus

Placement Experience:

The placement is decent with majority placement offered by mass recruiter but some students even cracked the placement in crores by off campus placement, the highest on campus placement was around 45 lpa

A balanced campus life

Likes

The infrastructure and sanitation are well-maintained, with everything kept neat and clean.
The college is situated in an exceptional location, in a very upscale area.
It's easy to access any part of Delhi, as there are two metro stations and several bus stations located very close to the college.

Dislikes

The campus area is quite small and has limited infrastructure.
There is a lack of sports facilities, and the emphasis on sports is minimal.
There is only one canteen, which lacks a seating area and functions more like a shop with a limited selection of food items.

Placement Experience:

The job placement opportunities at this college are quite good. If you have te right skills, there are many career growth options available. Students become eligible for applying job after 6th semester. Some of major companies visited in the year of 2024 are : Zs associates 52 offers , Newgen 16 offers , Veersa Technologies with 19 offers , Grayopus with 21 offers, tech Mahindra 10 offers , polestar 12 offers , corizo with 24 offers , talent serve with 75 offers and much more, The highest package is 50lpa and average package is around 7lpa. Around 70 person of students gets placed in oncampus or off campus both,but I didn't applied for placements my plans after college is to pursue MBA and apply for CAT.

very close proximity to my home in delhi.
well located in west delhi . connectivity is good
faculty is quite good but can be strict sometimes.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not very good feels like school

Course Curriculum Overview:

So Curriculum is recently updated in the college (2021) but i still feel that in first year it could be a little more dedicated towards the branch we chose . Like for example subjects like manufacturing process ,Evs can be optional(in my opinion )

The location where college is located is really good
connectivity is really good i.e. metro,bus etc
Alumini network is really great in this college.

Dislikes

Canteen is really small and no variety of food
The campus size is really small and limited
Faculty is mostly rude and always angry while talking

Placement Experience:

Students in my course become eligible for internships from 7th semster . Students can give interviews and get placed for internships. Companies that visited my college earlier were Lumin digital, chainlink labs, mercury and many more. After completing this degree i will look for job.

Likes

All teachers are friendly and good teaching method
Canteen is good food is very cheap and tasty and many students society.to.join
Collage have 4 library , central library is big also they have only central journallibrary website for access from home subscription to many research paper and journal

Dislikes

Infrastructure is poor for msit building and be.tech students , few ac in some classroom,and some are not working also class are like very old chalk board some projector ar so old the don't have hdmi connection some class room have hdmi supported
Law building and MBA building have Full central ac and smart ac classroom . I think msit is famous for their b.tech course it's face of their college so they sould renovate msit building
Ground is small no access to sports equipment during college hour , regular class no break between and only half an hour lunch break , many rules like school feels like school

Professors teaching and learning opportunities
Campus and ground for playing, for break and fests
Labs and facilities moreover all classrooms.

Dislikes

Administration office and late action on students concerns.
Too high college fees and hostel fees moreover it is
Some teachers not good not educating properly..

Placement Experience:

Placement of college is average and highest package was 1.2 crore in Amazon Dublin. All companies came to college and 100% placement was there. Off campus opportunity was there especially for girls diversity hiring was there so many opportunities.

MSIT : gateway to a good future

Likes

The faculty is well versed with the subject
The faculty provides all notes before the exams
There are various societies with good events being organised

Dislikes

The canteen can be improved with more variety
Some break could be provided in between lectures
Students not allowed to sit in ground during day

Good campus placement with average package being 4.5 Lakhs per annum. Highest package may range from 50 Lakhs to 1.2 crore. Major recruiters like Accenture,tcs, Infosys, zs, ion visit the campus every year

Ground is okayish. We can play there. Best seating in ground
Class is good. Air conditioner are all in working condition

Dislikes

The air conditioner of auditorium does not work properly. In any orientation students suffer from extreme heat
Student's lift sometimes work sometime it doesn't work

Placement Experience:

My plans are different from others. Firstly I will do job in IT sector and then side by side do my higher studies. My preferences for higher studies are Masters degree. I'll do masters in technology(M.Tech.) or Master of Business Administration.(MBA)

MSIT, a college you can definitely consider

Likes

The atmosphere of the college is welcoming and the seniors are really nice and helpful
The teachers and staff is nice and the placement is also good

Dislikes

The atmosphere is a little like school , too many restrictions and rules

Placement Experience:

the placements as we have heard from seniors are quite good compared to other tier two colleges in IPU, our average package is 15L but it varies every year, big companies like Google Microsoft amazon also come to MSIT but they barely take 1 or 2 children so at the end it depends on your skills. off-campus placements are also available
