NFSC Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( from ongc) and the average package: is 12-14 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

For the last 4 years the college is having 100% placement due to such a great placement vomitee. Appart from this all the big industries are required to have fire and safety officer and this college make the perfect officers. They get into psu without giving GATE EXAM

From 7-8 semester are eligible for placements Reliance,ONGC,GAIL,HCPL etc are they hiring companies Highest package is something 25-30 lpa And avg 14-15 lpa 100% placement records My plans to go in good gov. Company

From the 6-7semester students gets eligible for the campus. There are many companies like PSUs and other companies that come for campus and the highest package goes upto 22-24lac per annum. Recently their 3-4yrs ago 100% placement was thier and in the time of covid also thier was nice percentage of placement.

The placement are far way better than any other engineering colleges .you may get into PSUs here without GATE. private sector like reliance ,Tata are also there. Students may go for the state government jobs in fire services too . Defence sector also needs fire engineers. Airport Authority of India provides many vacancies. 100 percent students get placed after incampus and offcampus placements. Offcampus placements are also good like going to foreign or working with private construction companies and any industry with fire hazards. You may also go for civil services or UPSC or state PSC. In this profession experience increases your valuation .Highest package this year was 22 lakh of some students in IOCL and GAIL. Min package is 8-10 lakh and Average package is 12 to 15 lakh . Companies like ONGC, GAIL ,SAIL ,IOCL ,Reliance etc visited. Majorly oil and gas companies visit. Some state government jobs also offered. BSF ,AAI(Airport Authority of India) and some more groups visited.

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

The college is possessing many positive point like 100% placement in leading organisations of India like IOC, HPCL ONGC, GAIL, SAIL and BPCL. The college infrastructure and academic performance was excellent. The last semester is very critical and the companies are coming for recruitment in this period. Candidate has to prepare for GD and interview in the college campus and selected candidate will be given the placement letter on completion of the course. In my batch everybody got placed in companies like IOC, SAIL, BPCL and ONGC. We got around 25000 rupees as the starting basic pay. The recruitment is directly on probation. The college guides you to prepare for the campus interview and management is very enthusiastic in inviting the leading organisation of India to visit the campus for recruitment. The overall atmosphere of the college and the facilities are accepted by these organisations and hence they are giving top priority for selection of candidates from this college.

The college is managed by the ministry of home affairs, through the college director. The discipline is a highlight among the students. The violation of rules and regulations is not tolerated in this college. However the opinion and interests of the students are valued great in this college.
