Sometimes when we get language barriers they resolve it.and teachers in lab is so active they help each and every student to get clarity over things.
The college should provide scholarships on basis of student's skills because most of the students come from middle class family and it would be very helpful and motivating for them if college does so.
Placement scenerio of it department is about 80% percent on campus.lots of mass hiring companies visited our college like tcs, cognizant, accenture and lti.so they hire approx 60 students so placement is pretty good.

Dislikes

Fees structure i don't like as it is too high to pay and also very different fees structure is oresent here different from all other colleges
College campus is small and no tennis court no cricket ground no football ground
I am still a student in 1st year, so there is no placement this year, but the placement stats for branches other than cse is poor.

The infrastrure is well obviously.....The teachers are quiet decent ...Rooms are very big with very good loghts .....Ac is also availble For all the Year....

Dislikes

Attendence js compulsory.......And routine is very hard to maimtain

I didnt know much about the college...But the placement is through 3rd year as i know...The companies visited here are all about MNC...The highest package offered is 60lpa as I know minimum is 3lpa...percentage of student placed is 83%....after completing the degress i wkll do M.Tech

Likes

Pressure is not their for attending classes
If you have financial problem for paying fees the college will give you time pay fees snd college will not stop your exam form and all that
Their is very good environment in the college

Dislikes

Infrastructure is terrible very bad infrastructure is their
College has very bad faculty in each of the department
Campus area bery small very small campus no proper playground us their

Placement Experience:

In this college placement ratio is only 75%. In this college only 75% students got placement from college in serviced based companies liks TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Capegemini, Infonsys. Most of the students also appy for off campus placement and they also crack good package. Highest package of this is 10 lpa and average package is 5 lpa and lowest package thatis offered 3.5 lpa to b.tech students. In Off campus students 30 lpa package. Most of the students crack job. Some of the students opt for higher studies such as m.tech. some of the students opt for government jobs.

Netaji Subhash engineering college is good college for avarage students.

Likes

College are also good . Per year 80% student Placement in big companies
Canteen, various types of games, campus are fulfilled by nature.
Faculties are also good, learning faculty also good.

Dislikes

Campus is small,and football ground is separated
Canteen food price is high.but canteen ared is big

If students are 12th pass with 60% number ,then you eligible for placement and masters degree course pass with 7cgpa for eligibility criteria TCS, cognizant, Accenture,IBM etc. Highest package is 10LPA and lowest package is 3.36LPA. 80% student getting placement To get a job in reputed company for full stack developer.

Likes

Good environment with good library facilities.
Echo friendly nature with garden and playground.
Close compact buildings with lift facilities.

Dislikes

The area is too much small, may be a bigger will be good.
More sports activity sholud be run on the academic year
The canteen sholud be bit large, it too congested.

Placement Experience:

College provide good placement every year all most every one gets a job may be not a high paying but TCS, wipro, capgemini recruitment happens here also Accenture. Thus in our biomedical field ???? placement offers.

THE LIFE IN NSEC AS A BTECH(ECE) STUDENT

Few teachers are very good in academics, they will help you when they are needed.
Senior junior relationship is good as they will help you in your need but you have to maintain a good relation with them
Many pgs are avialble near college, canteen is also there,

Dislikes

Campus is very small like it just starts and end
Attandance policy is very stricts, like they only focus on maintaining attandance but not on studies
Academic wise very bad, max teachers cant even teach basic things properly, youtube is far better than this college in academics. They only give pressure on academics but show no intention to make you academically strong

Placement Experience:

Placement starts from 5th sem starting. Companies like intel, tcs, accenture, capgemini, wipro, tech mahindra, cognizant,geekforgeeks,byjus come. Many product based sales company also come and give jobs of a salesperson. Some get 1 offers, some get 2 or 3, most get nothing. Now by money college advertise that they provide 100% placement, but in real it is not even 50 % I want to go for Mtech after the course

The course affordability which is less compared to other courses.
Faculty was supportive and helpful in the academic parts.

Dislikes

Some subject did not have proper dedicated teachers.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for internship placements from last semester. Companies like Synopsys based in Bangalore and other companies based in Kolkata comes for placement. Placement was offered by companies based on the interviews they took.

NSEC-College Overview

Likes

The atmosphere is very friendly and students have great passion towards coding.
No strict attendence rule after first year which helps to focus on self development.
Faculties are helpful and help you when asked for.

Dislikes

Campus is quite small so you should expect the best campus life.
Sports facilities are quite average and are not that up to the mark.
Sometimes you might find exam papers pretty badly structured which is quite annoying.

Placement Experience:

THe placements are for all and there are specific CGPA criterias. Companies that visit are TCS,Cognizant and others are also inculded. 40-60%students gets placed. I am planning to grab a job after degree

A final year Student's perspective

Likes

Professors are friendly, approachable, they really kind and one of a kind people
Labs are up to date, monitors have decent screens and wireless mouse
Good library system, students find it easy to issue books

Dislikes

Some computers run on windows 8 which is pretty annoying to use
Not much practical exposure to subjects that should be taught practically
Some professors are boring specially the computer architecture and compiler design teachers

Placement Experience:

We became eligible for campus placements few days before appearing for our 6th semester examinations. Many companies came in our college. I applied to many but got rejected. Now I have given interview in TCS on campuss and I also have an upcoming EY interview.

OUR NSEC

Likes

The teachers are of good quality. The always help us in studies.
The office personalities are very helpful in every ways.
Good companies come for placement. Average package is 5.5 lakhs.

Dislikes

College area is small. Roads are old and dirty.
There are no AC in some rooms , it became hot and unsustainable in summer.
Fees is Very high. Lower middle class family can't afford

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester the students get eligible for campus placements . Some good companies like TCS Capgemini Infosys visited campus . Amazon also visited our campus the highest package is about 22 lakhs and average packages 5.5 lakh . about 80% student of CSE , IT and ECE branches get placed.

Likes

Friendly ambience to study , a pure ragging free campus , the college is well connected to travel
Good alumni for helping and growth. They provide help and assistance to learn the skills required and motivate to go further
The infrastructure of the college is developing recently and it's being far better day by day .

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is moderate Most of them gets placed there are hardly few lacking efficiency who doesn't gets placed. Companies like microsoft adobe IBM do visit our campus. It's recommended to up skill and get placed
