Government College of Engineering Keonjhar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There are several vacancy out per year in mining and extraction field and also this course help a lot in government exam so i choose this course. The practical classes of this college help me a lot for real field work. The teachers must prepare a handmate note and give hardcopy to student for their better understanding. There are 4 internals and 2 semester exam conduct per year . You have to maintain 75% of attendance.

Placement is very good special for mining branch placement is done in various reputed companies like vedantu,tata steel and adani with very high package. Minimum 70 to 80 percent students get placed with good package every year. I plan to take my placement after graduation.

After 6th semester student are eligible for sit in campus placement. The companies such as Tata, vedanta, gmdc etc are visited to the college per year and there are 30 to 50 no of offers give to student. The highest package is 1600000 rs per year and the average package is 300000 ts per year. 50 -60 % final students are placed per year. After getting degree i want to do higher study.

From seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements. Names of the company visited such as tata power, Jsw, Mahindra, Intellipat and so on. Highest package is 14 lacs . Companies also offered stipend.

7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Tata power,Intellipat,TCS,Infosys,Vedanta,Imfa and many more. Highest package from all the branch is 19lpa for mining Branch. Maximum students are getting placed.

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Companies are Tata power,optcl,vedant,adani,,intellipat, and so on. The highest and average package as company and profile offer is approximately 6 lacs.

From the 6th semester a student can sit for placements and you have to pass all your semester exams with flying colors . there are 20 companies visited previous year and there was 80 percent placement ratio in electrical branch. The highest package is 16 lakh and average package is 4 limit. I will do m tech

After 6 semstem students are eligible for placement for campus placement according to their eligibility criteria. TATA, Imfa, Zenos, Vedant, Adani are visited to our college for campus placement and there are 30 to 40 seats offer to the students by the company. The highest package is 1600000 and the average package is 400000. There are 40 to 50 % of the students got placed every year. After getting degree i want to do job or higher study .

After 7th semester we get placements and the companies which give placements are tata, vedant, intellipat. The average package is 2 lakhs per annum. You could say that im terms of placement this college is a bit below average.
