Fees and Financial Aid:

The yearly fees for general category is around 112000 and for categories like SC/ST/OBC it's 1379rs but the catch is we have to apply for scholarship on MAHADBT portal and have to avail specific scholarship according to our category and if we don't apply or get the scholarship we have to pay the whole fee which is 112000 so there are some schemes like EWS and TWS the students got admission using this category they have different fees and it's different for girls and boys one of my friends who got admission in EWS he payed 56k fee and some girls who got admission in EWS scheme they payed 15k. So the fees is varies.

The Yearly fees for general cat. is approx 1,46,000 for 1st year , and for OBC its 85,000 , for sc and st its 3k and 2.5k after applying for the tuition fees waiver schoorlarship , the fees is almost same every year , may differ by 1-2k yearly , for the ones who have income less than 8lpa and 2lpa they can avail many schoorlship acc. to their castes by maha dbt scemes....

i paid the fees on 31 aug 2024, my tution fee is 62174rs,development fees were18653rs, eligibility fee 650, university fees 1385rs, student activity fee 1000, ASYI fee 454rs, and the total fees for my first year was 84316rs. few of my classmates are from obc and sc cast they maybe having lesser fees than me around for sc its 3500rs only, for fianacial aid students get schollership from different differant companys like cybage leela pundation and etc

Fees and Financial Aid:

I’m a student of Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Akurdi, and here’s my experience about the fee structure and scholarships. The yearly fee for open category students is around ?1.45–1.65 lakh, and it increases slightly every year (about ?5–10k). It includes tuition, development, university, and other small charges. One-time caution money (~?1,000) is refundable. For reserved categories, the fees are much lower: OBC/EWS: ?80,000 – ?90,000 per year NT/TFWS: Around ?20,000 – ?30,000 SC/ST: Barely ?3,000 – ?5,000 (almost free) Hostel fees are separate (~?1 lakh per year including mess). The college provides various scholarships like: EBC (Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Yojana) – 50% tuition fee waiver SC/ST Freeship – full tuition & exam fee Minority & Merit-cum-Need scholarships TFWS scheme for top scorers with low income Overall, PCCOE’s fees are reasonable for the facilities and placements offered, and scholarships make it affordable for deserving students.

Open category sudents have to pay full fees which is Rs.145000. OBC category students have to pay Rs.85000 , same for the the esw category students and ebc category. For NT/VJNT they have to pay upto 22000 and for SC/ST they have to pay Rs 3000

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Fees and Financial Aid:

Year-wise fees paid is approximately 1,45,000 per year and it does not increase significantly every year. During the course, exam fee is availed every year once which is approximately 3500 rupees. Below is mentioned the approximate fees for open category for my current year: Tuition Fee: 125000 Development fees: 18000 Eligibility Fees: 680 University Fees: 1385 Student Activity Fee: 1000 ASYI: 701 For OBC, the fee is half of the above fee. For SC/ST, the fee is 3000 something rupees overall. Scholarships are available either only for students with a <6lpa or <5lpa family income per year or if they belong to any category. There is also a certain merit requirement but I am not aware of it as I have not availed any scholarship.
