JSPM Tathawade Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement rate of the college is very good. TCS is a mass recruiter for the college. The packages offered are also quite good. Students have been offered packages of up to 18 Lacs also. I plan on going abroad for higher studies.

Normally from 7th-semester student becomes eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit the campus for placements like Tata consultancy services, Zensar, Infotech, IBM, cybage, Capgemini etc.

Placements of our college. Different higher package companies come to our college to place the students. Our training and placements cells come with the aim to place the students in there dream companies. From the last sem of third-year, some companies start to offers for an internship. Just after completing the third year some of the companies come to interview a student's. And also take them. So after the third year our training and placements cells organized a different training program for students just for they get a chance to place in good company and also they help to work on our basics of core subjects. Different companies visited our institute. Like TCS, MAHINDRA, Thermax and many more. A lot number of students get a place in such companies. Right now and till now the highest package students have received is 18 lakhs. And we are very happy to announce that this year our students are going to be an interview for Rakuten a Japanese company which come with 40 lakhs package. 80 to 85 % place.

RSCOE has an advantage of autonomy status, they trained the students as per the demand and trends of the market because of which placement statistics of RSCOE is really good. Even an average guy with a little bit of hard work can get into a good company.

From 7th sem, the placement drives are started. The branches that are available for hire are computer, IT, Entc, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical. The students available for hire would be 1000-1500 with 60% aggregate. some of the recruiters are TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and etc.

Students are eligible from the fourth year. The major companies that visit our campus include TCS, Capgemini, Zensar, Xoriant and many more.

The college has a placement cell called Student Progression & Industry Relations. This cell is managed by Dean of SP&IR, TPOs & Student Training & Placement Executives. The cell helps students to be professionally ready & technically sound through various trainings. Direct connecting with industry personals for guidance is also a part of the cell. Every student, based on their calibre are evaluated & trained. Accordingly, students are presented for Placement drives. The college has created a new Virtual Placement Cell, for moving with the current situation. Various MNCs, product & service-oriented companies come every year. Some Japanese companies have also collaborated with the college will be placing students in Japan.

The placement process of Students starts in their final year around the month of June/July. Companies such as zensar, Capgemini, xorient, etc visit our college for recruitment. About 80% of students get offers in the placement process. while internship opportunities are available for all students from the first year to last year.

From the 7th sem people are eligible for campus placements. Many top companies like TCS, Infosys, Xoriant, Capgemini visit our college for campus hiring.

Students are eligible for campus interview in 3rd-year 2nd semester for interview students should pass out every semester about 6 CGPA. They are only allowed. Many companies are visited in college for campus selection such as Tcs (3.36 LPA), Pinclick (5.5 LPA), Talento (18 LPA), Cognizant (4 LPA), Thermax (3.7 LPA), Lj bridge (18 LPA). More than 65 % of students get campus placement.
