Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology Kolkata Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Different companies visits, 2-3 offers were made among which is the best student selects. The highest package of 5lakhs and an average of 3 lakh is offered.

Students are eligible for the campus placement from the 6th 3rd-year 6th semester. TATA, Amazon, HCL, CyberTech,HCC,Tech Mahindra, and many more companies are tied up with Swami Vivekanand Group of Institute.

From 7th semester we're allowed to sit on placement. There are small, medium companies came. Maximum 4LPA were provided by the company. About 60-70 % of students got placement in every year. My plan is to complete B.Tech then got a job for 4-5 years then try for MBA.

Placement is average in this campus. The maximum package you can get is 3.6 lakhs per year. Not many company visits. The student is able to sit in placement from the 3rd year. The percentage of students getting placement is also low.

Last year Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, TCS etc visited. Among 30 to 40 Students who have been selected by Amazon, and at least 40 students got placements, Here Placement process is so tough, Job referrals are quite good. Almost 85-89% of students get placements in well-known companies each year.

From the 6th semester, the students are eligible to sit for the campus drives. A lot of very good companies visit my college for the campus drives like TCS Infosys Cognizant Tech Mahindra and many more. The highest package offered so far is 10 lakh per anum for a fresher in the job market. Which is quite an amazing thing and the average package is around 4 lakhs per annum. Which according to me is quite good. Almost every student gets placed in some company and the placement is around 90% which is also very good. I after completion of my degree want to get a job and be a little settled financially and then would go for higher studies

From the 4th year 7th semester, all the students become eligible for placements. Our placement cell is very energetic and organizes recruitment drives time to time. Our top recruiters are IBM, Capgemini, TCS, Amazon etc. In the year 2020, 9 students got placements in Amazon, 5 students in TCS etc. Almost 85-89% of students get placements in well-known companies each year.

According to my knowledge out college campus is very good. And according to our professor, this college campus and its campus property is very good. If it could not applicable it must be very very harmful to me.

I Liked the College name, The Campus was good & large. I wanted to choose Computer Science but in the Counseling this college appears, so i had to choose this college Because I don't wanted to loose a year.

The campusing is quite good and the faculty that we have is excellent. The criteria is good. Our principal mam has a great guide shipping for beginners. We have a free of cost library and a language lab for the English and basic english pronounsation classes.
