As this course is commerce related and my favourite subject is accountancy so I preferred this course. Along with studies, students' computer skills and communication skills are also emphasized here. Since the number of students in your college is very high it is better to increase the number of computers in the college.

I had Commerce in my 11th and 12th standard . Accounts was very interesting to me. I liked doing accounts. So I made my decision to pursue Bcom( Finance and Accounting ) honors. I think accounts is thr main subject for all the commerce students and you have to have a good base in accounting from class 11 itself. It has different course and job opportunity. One can also prepare for CA or CMA etc. In todays world demand for this profession is much higher. And one cam get a good job if he or she has accounting as their curriculum. I feel Students should be taught computer based accounting from the school as many school doesn't have it. My college being the No. 1 college in my state sets a bit difficult paper than the other colleges which is expected as best students gets chance in this college.

At my time reputed companies like Ernst and young, and DE Shaw came for campus selection. Where Ernst and young was offering around 3.5 to 4 lpa, DE Shaw offered 10. Both the companies had their own requirements and onboarded students accordingly. To be honest there are not ample opportunities since most of students themselves opt out for they are pursuing CA CS OR CMA courses. Or want to go for higher education.

I've choosed the course to prosper in life in a secure job circle.Our college faculty is nearly good, teachers are also very qualified.i haven't done any term exams till now.but I heard that our term exams are gradually moderate.

As I wanted to know more about accounts and finance I've chosen this course, this will help me to gather more knowledge about my fav subjects Teacher student ratio must be 50:1 All the faculty members have phd degree.. And they teach us very efficiently and with love nd care

From 5th sem students are eligible to attend campus placement. Big four are usually came for placement but is it occurred before the pendamic after that there have a uncertainty about it.10 percent can get placement. After completing the course i want to enrolled myself to professional course like CA,CMA

I chose this college as this the most prestigious college in west bengal. The student to faculty ratio is 1:90 The teachers are all phd holders but the teaching method in the day section can be improved ( as few of the classes are skipped by teachers ????). Dont know about the exam difficulty level as i am about to give my first sem exam.

Faculties are excellent in teaching and highly qualified personnel... Attending theirs class will surely benefit all students and if anyone attend their class sincerely they don't even need to take coaching classes

I would say currently the placement scenario is in its low phase. I guess it can inproved. From 5th semester only students are eligible for campus placements.The percentage of students getting placed is around 30 percent. Highest may go upto 8 lakhs while average around 5 lakhs.
