From the first semester itself, students are eligible for Summer Internship Placements.
Final Placements happen in the second year.
The companies coming to visit are from the top finance, consulting, and marketing firms.
The highest package for last year was 30 LPA and the average was 16 LPA.
Almost 100% get placed.
Most people stay on with that job for a couple of years before switching.

Last year, the college was able to manage 100% placements for its senior batch of over 500 students. The placement scenario at IMT is exceptional with an average package of over 15L for the past year.

The summer placement starts in September itself and goes till October end. And then finally placements start in November and goes till December end but this year the placements were outstanding as all students got placed in just 17 days only.
Around 200 companies are visited for the placements and avg packages are 1580000 and highest is 3800000.

The placements of IMT Ghaziabad are excellent. The average placement package here is 15.25 lakhs, and the percentage of students getting placed is 100%. In November, there is a placement week where most of the students get placed in Term 5.

One of my friends pursued PGDM Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. Here is her review.
- IMT Ghaziabad is known for its Marketing specialization. You will have great opportunities to explore your interests in different domains of Marketing. The faculty base is highly experienced. The course curriculum includes a wide range of case studies, projects, and various events.
- The administration has taken a lot of initiative to regain past glory. One such initiative was reducing the batch intake to 450 for the 2021 academic year.
- IMT has also recently started the PGDM BFS program in collaboration with Vlerick Business School, Belgium. The program is delivered by Vlerick faculties along with IMT faculties. This program offers international exposure in different domains of Finance.
- The placement statistics of IMT had an upward slope in recent years. An average CTC of 12.4 LPA was offered during the 2021 placement drive.
- The campus has a student-driven culture. There are various clubs and committees that you can take part in.
