Faculty Members of our college are nice and hardworking. They encourage us to take part in every thing not only in academics but also in extra curricular activities. For Bcom hons, now it is a 4 year undergraduate program. In one semester there are two internal exams generally of 40-50 marks. They are not much difficult to score. After that one external exams of 60 marks. So the ratio of this is 40:60. Your internal exams marks convert into 40 marks. But the external exams are bit difficult to score. There are 50 students in one class and one faculty for one subject or class. Facilities make you comfortable with them to reach to them freely. Also they make mentors and mentees. Mentors are the faculty members and mentees are the students. Some selected 5-6 students are given to one faculty. And some other 5-6 students are given to another faculty as there mentees and mentors. Mentors take session with there mentees to have a good bond for students can share their problems or if they want some suggestions they can get from there mentors.

RDIAS faculties are decent as most of them are MBA passed out from Xavier's, Symbiosis or the IIMs. Corporate world and education world are something which they have seen from close ends and know how things work. So, banking on their experience we get to learn a lot and that too in an efficient way.

The faculty develops a friendly relationship with students and are ready to help them at any situation. The schedule of classes and exam are properly structured and the attendance is updated regularly

The faculties are actually very helpful and open with students in term of education and overall growth. They teaching style is actually very practical and innovative wihich give us uper hand in this new era of management. There are semester wise exam which are majorly divided into 2 sub parts Internal which is conducted by college and external which is conducted by the university the internal exam is within the 3 months of semester starts and external are at the end of the semester which is basically of 6 months. The fuculty to student ratio would be. 15:1 every faculty have a group pf 15 students as there menties and they mentor them basically help them with any college related work

The faculty is quite amazing. The teachers help a lot in every possible way. They are very polite and sweet with the students. They try their best to make the students happy. They teach in such a way that everyone in the class understands that. Overall the college makes sure that the students understand the things practically as well They take the students to virtual tours and make them understand through that as well

Faculty members are nice, whenever you face any issue regarding anything you can reach out to them and they Will co-operate with you and listen to you and try to understand what you are saying, also the teaching skills are amazing.

The faculty members are great help. They help each and every student,easy to talk to and provides great values to an individual and even to the career. The academic club are run by the faculty members and they always guide the club members.
