Culturalfusion - annual cultural diversity celebration techtrek - technical showcase techexpo - technical exhibition innovatefest - technical and innovation festival our college has also management courses so there many festivals conducted in a year.
I chose this course which is b.com(honours) to get specialisation in a particular subject the way of teaching in my college is really good all the teachers are very nice and supportive and help the students.
Our college provides great internships and is well known for its internship and job opportunities.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of human error due to manual operations by humans with syllabus exams dates absentees and everything
Students are irregular and do not give importance to attendance.
A few teachers do not provide proper notes.

My college life

Likes

The teacher are are very kind I love my college
My college campuses is very big and I enjoy in my college
All are teacher are very helpful and they all gives paper very nicely

Dislikes

My college canteen not so good chair very bad
There is some fans damage and food is also not good
Some teachers are rude and they give very strict panishment

Course Curriculum Overview:

There course curriculum for the B Com is really traditional as for the fact. And in the initial days you'll feel like really bored most of the subjects are theory based but at second year you have a digital marketing course and couple of workshop organised here

Jagran College For Commerce Students

Likes

The College is now days working on its infrastructure works by providing rooms for girls as the common room, providing onboarding NSS ,etc
Working on its placement opportunities for students by connecting with the alumni's and inviting companies for different profiles just like Axis Bank
The Faculties are very learned as far as the B.Com is concered , as the mentoring and methods of them as very great which had increase our grabbing speed .

Dislikes

The Classroom need to be more ventilated and furnished with new technological changes.
The Campus location is not so good but the inside campus is better
As far as Course curriculum is concerned it needs little changes.

Placement Experience:

When I was in colleg last year we recieved information about the placement in Jagran which was a new thing as The Jagran College has itiated itt first time through CSJM University placement cell. The Companies visited are related to marketing, banking and BPS. The average package is between 2.5 LPA to 5 PLA . Highest from our college was 5 LPA .

Jagran college life

Likes

The basketball court is really good here.
The auditorium is also good with a capacity of 200-300 people and it is Fully air conditioner
Also one of the good thing is that the campus is ragging free.

Dislikes

The cafeteria is not much big and there are always limited seats.
Most of the students will always be on cafeteria only and not in class.
One of the thing that was unexpected was that there wasn't any fresher's party for the students.

My experience in Jagran

Likes

The auditorium is really good. Fully air conditioned
I also like the teachers here. They are very supportive
Important and good thing is that there is no ragging in the campus

Dislikes

The canteen is not good as expected or told by the seniors
The water cooler is just beside the washroom that is too unhygienic
There are very less curricular activities.

Why "Jagran" is the best.

Likes

Developing skills that are useful for my career.
Exposes students to new things and experiences.
Humble nature of teacher's and vocational activites.

Dislikes

Students may dislike weekly assignments.
Students may find their professor's boaring.
Students may be anxious during exams and maybe getting poor grades.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college is 60% students were placed.Highest package offer was INR 20 lakhs and the lowest was INR 3 lacs.Wipro, tata and many more companies are recruit from my college.An average and decent percentage stand at 75% to apply for any well-reputated IT firm.

Likes

The teachers are very friendly, they have a positive attitude towards the students.
Extra curricular activities take place in the college.
Copperative seniors and teachers. Regular Fun activities

Dislikes

The college doesn't have a badminton court.
Badminton court is necessary in a college I guess
How can a college exist without a badminton court

Placement Experience:

I'm a fresher and i don't know much about the placements of the college, but some elder brothers of my friends are graduated from the same college and got high paid jobs. That is why i chose this college and I've decided to pursue MCA after graduation.

My over-all experience so far of Jagran College of Arts, Science and Commerce

Likes

The library is one of the things that is really good, there are tons of good books there to read including academics as well.
The auditorium is also amazing in Jagran college. Fully air conditioned with a capacity of 250-300
There are also bit of sports activities that are being organised here, such as bastekball tournament, cricket tournament and volleyball etc.

Dislikes

There are very less events and extra curricular activities that are organised. Like since I took admission it's been 2 months and sol far no even has been organised and teacher has said that next event is going to be on navratri only.
We didn't had any freshers party also. Although the senior be organising one but as unofficial
There is only one canteen with very limited seats and it's mostly filled with crowd

The course curriculum is really good though you can check all the subjects from the brochure of the college that you can download from the website of Jagran College of Arts, Science and commerce. In the first semester you'll see subjects like business communication, business organisation, statistics and microeconomics etc.

Just faculty response is not too much good about how to deal with a student we will do the same old fashion style pattern which is little bit boring for student but they dose same here not change with the time I mean that one is the visit wanted of t
In that level of college they will do too long classes everyday approx 6 to 7 hours that one is the most irritating thing about this college because if you travel about 20 km or 30 km then it will take a whole day and I think as a college you need on
There classes timing at texture is too much boring it started at 9:00 a.m. and completed at 4 pm it is little bit at about at college but if you can see the other college on that level that time structure is too much cool which makes their student to

Take admission only if you are not looking to go there or you don't like studying.

Likes

Teachers are good, if your motive is study the you don't need to go anywhere for tuition nd all
No attendance issue, so If you are preparing for any competitive exam, you can be able give time to your other exam prep
Overall good environment, teacher's are suppotive

Dislikes

Most of the students you'll find roaming at canteen than at classes.
70-90% student doesn't take admission there to study but for the sake of going college and getting a degree 3 years later
No fresher's party at all. And events are also not so much

Course Curriculum Overview:

b.com as a course is more finance related and I wanted to do a financial course that's why I choose b.com. on the other hand bba was a professional course that includes Marketing and other related aspects as well which I wasn't muchh into. I want to persue bba from finance so it was a good to go for me. Teaching timetables needs a bit of improvement though since It's my first semester the time table is really bad, class are from 8am to 11pm only and any cultural activities starts from 1pm or 2 pm. I don't know what should one do in the mean time apart frm sitting in the canteen.

Experince in Jagran College during my studies

Likes

College campus and college life was fine for me .
Many internship opportunities for the students
Teaching method was also fine and teachers were cooperative

Dislikes

very very hot inside the classrooms during summers
canteen food was also not that good very average
coordinator of B.com is not at all supportive

I studied B.com in Jagran College which helped me understanding marketing and finances and also accounting if anyone wants to have a carrier in these fields and has interest in it then it will surely help you in understanding the basics of these fields and will prepare you for a successfull carrier in these fields in future for sure
